What I Have Been Working On
Over the past month, I have been working on the book cover for the fourth book in The Lepidoptera Vampire Series, with a great book cover designer (BetiBup). Finally today, I can show you what we have come up with. Let me know your thoughts...

What's Happening For The Rest Of 2020
My main focus for the rest of this year is to have a professional edit done of Crestwell by Brian Paone, which is scheduled for late November/December. Looking forward to the challenge!

Published Date For My Next Novel
I am excited to let my readers know that Crestwell - The Lepidoptera Vampire Series - Book Four is scheduled to be published 15th February 2021. Looking forward to everyone reading it.
What have I been reading lately
I am still currently reading 'Claimed In Shadows' by one of my all-time favourite authors Lara Adrian. It’s about:-

Recently, my husband and I took a road trip to Albany WA for some R & R. Words cannot explain how beautiful the South of Western Australia is. Well worth the trip if you get a chance.

‘Awakened: The Lepidoptera Vampire Series – Book Two’ was chosen as the solo “Medalist Winner” in the YOUNG ADULT GENERAL FICTION category from New Apple Literary Fifth Annual Indie Book Awards.

What I Have Been Working On
Over the past four months, my health has returned, and I have been working on the fourth book in The Lepidoptera Vampire Series, called Crestwell. It’s currently sitting at 113,249 words (632 pages). This will be the final book in the series and I am really excited to tell you that it will be published in early 2021.
What's Happening In 2020
Besides writing some new manuscripts, my main focus for the rest of this year is:-
1. To have a professional edit done of Crestwell by Brian Paone, which is scheduled for November/December.
2. Choose a book cover for Crestwell. So many good ones to choose.
3. Organize the book formatting for Crestwell, both e-book and printed books.

Hello and Welcome to my June 2020 Newsletter
What I Have Been Working On:-
I have finally finished doing the chapter recount and recorded more information on each character for all three books in the Lepidoptera Vampire Series. Again I am surprised at just how much information I have gathered on each of the characters so far. Am so glad I started this journey as it will help me write the next book in the series.

What have I been doing lately:-
Recently, my husband and I took a road trip to Big Bell in WA, to erect some historical signs in memory of his late family. Big Bell Ghost Town, was once a hive of activity when the Big Bell Mine was in operation in the early 1900's. The town of Big Bell was established in 1936 with the opening of the Big Bell Gold Mine. The town and mine thrived for almost 20 years before finally closing its doors in 1955. Big Bell Ghost Town is a 15 minute drive west of the remote town of Cue, which is a seven hour drive north of Perth.
Whist we were there, we also caught up for a cuppa with Morrie and Kerry Seivwright who have lived out at Glen Station for the past 45 years. My husband used to work with Morrie over 20 years ago at Poona Gold Mine (operated by Ridolfo) and was thrilled to be able to catch up again.
What have I been reading lately:-
I have just finished reading 'Her Mothers Secret' by Natasha Lester. I have really enjoying the story line. This was a real page turner, and I couldn't put it down. I loved the characters in this book and with every page I read, it made me want to turn the pages quicker, just to see where the story was going. Definitely a recommended read.

The "maddog" murderer who is terrorizing the Twin Cities is two things: insane and extremely intelligent. He kills for the pleasure of it and thoroughly enjoys placing elaborate obstacles to keep police befuddled. Each clever move he makes is another point of pride. But when the brilliant Lieutenant Lucas Davenport--a dedicated cop and a serial killer's worst nightmare--is brought in to take up the investigation, the maddog suddenly has an adversary worthy of his genius.

Chapter Recount for Book Two
Book One & Two chapter recount done & dusted, and again I am surprised at just how much information I have gathered on each characters so far. Am so glad I started this journey. Now, onto doing a chapter recount on Book Three called 'Affirmation' in the Lepidoptera Vampire Series. I must admit, I will be happy once this one is done, as I want to get started writing/editing again on book four in the series called 'Crestwell'.

What Am I Currently Working On
At the moment, I am currently in the process of doing a chapter recount and writing down information on all the characters for all three books in the Lepidoptera Vampire Series called Attraction, Awakened & Affirmation. Even though its only been a few years since I wrote these books, I find it amazing what I have forgotten about each character and how much each of the characters have evolved. I must admit, even though this is a tedious job, I have enjoyed the process, and do think it will help me eventually write the fourth and final book in the series of The Lepidoptera Vampires, called Crestwell.

After my fourth brain tumor operation in March, I decided that not only would I like to catch up on some reading but also some TV shows & movies that I have been wanting to watch, but never previously had the time. If you get a chance, watch Locke & Key (Series on Netflix), The Holiday, Ready Player One, Good Boys, Hidden Figures or Burlesque.
All are really great movies/series and you certainly wont be disappointed.
What have I been reading lately
I have just finished reading 'Just One Wish' by Rachael Johns. I have really enjoying the story line. This was a real page turner, and I couldn't put it down. This book has so many twists and turns that I didn't see coming. Oh and page 423 made me cry. I won’t spoil it by telling you why. A really uplifting storyline. Definitely a recommended read.

Chapter Recount and Character Information
I have just finished doing a chapter recount this past week of my first book I wrote called “Attraction”, and also writing down information on each character in the book. Even though its only been a few years since I wrote this book, its amazing what I have forgotten about each character and how much I enjoyed writing it. But this has been well worth doing and will help me eventually write the fourth book in the series of The Lepidoptera Vampires, called Crestwell.
Now onto book two called ‘Awakened’.

Hi Everyone,
You are probably wondering what I have been up to with my newest manuscript and why you haven't heard from me in a while.
Back in February 2020 I found out that I had a brain tumor and cysts, for which I needed an operation. So since March 2020, I have been recovering from my op. According to the Neurosurgeon, it usually takes 2-3 months to recover. I am getting there day by day at the moment and do hope I get back to some writing and editing soon.
Hope you are all keeping safe and that the self isolation from the Coronavirus isn't sending you mad.

You are probably wondering what I have been up to with my newest manuscript and why you haven't heard from me in a while.
Back in February 2020 I found out that I had a brain tumor and cysts, for which I needed an operation. So since March 2020, I have been recovering from my op. According to the Neurosurgeon, it usually takes 2-3 months to recover. I am getting there day by day at the moment and do hope I get back to some writing and editing soon.
Hope you are all keeping safe and that the self isolation from the Coronavirus isn't sending you mad.
