How Much Does Health Cost?

AND he hit the nail on the head!  Please read this. 👇One of the most common questions I get asked when it comes to my health is “how much does it cost”? I thought I’d just go ahead and put it out there: 🤩 It costs 💰 💴 💵.... yep... money I’d have spent anyway (not extra money, just the normal money ) saving money from not eating at fast foods and donut shops lol!! 🤩 It costs gaining energy (wow, somedays I don’t know what to do with it all)🤩 It costs gaining amazing sleep (you mean like when ya wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom.... you can go back to sleep sleep.... YEP!!!)🤩 It costs no more 🦵🏻 pain My joints hurt all the time!! 🤩It costs no more depression and anxiety (thank ya Jesus!!!!)🤩 It costs the ability to manage stress (who doesn’t need more ability to do that?!?)🤩 It cost me donating all my 4 XL clothes so I could replace them with size Lg 🤩 It cost me losing sadness and heartache (for this I’m forever grateful)So.... these are just a few “costs” and let me tell ya... it’s been worth every Penny!!!!😁You're worth every penny as well! It's an investment in you ... not a cost😍😍
