The Wizard’s Package

The Macy Blush Collection is getting physical with The Wizard’s Package!
Yesterday The Wizard’s Package was dropped, and it’s on fire! This spellbinding anthology includes all the half-succubus Na’amah’s story: the novellas The Wizard’s Staff and The Wizard’s Tower and two brand-new short stories, “The Succubus’s Chest” and “The Succubus’s Pink Pearl”! As some of you may know, the traffic it generated was so great that my website even crashed a couple times!
You can purchase The Wizard’s Package on Amazon as either a paperback book for $9.99 or as an eBook for $2.99 — you can also read it for FREE on Kindle Unlimited and in a month or so it will be available as an Audible book, narrated once again by the wonderful Dahlia Thomas. Be sure to get yourself a copy!
As always, thank you for your support and please consider rating and/or leaving a review of the book on Amazon to keep them showing up in the search results!
Stay safe,
~B.S.Roberts
Now for the blurb:
Featured in this spellbinding anthology are the first four works of the Macy Blush Collection, making up all of the half-succubus Na’amah’s story arc. It includes the novelettes The Wizard’s Staff and The Wizard’s Tower, as well as the short stories “The Succubus’s Chest” and “The Succubus’s Pink Pearl.”
You might be thinking, “Phooey, I can just read them online. It’s probably cheaper that way, anyhow! I’m onto you and your capitalistic ways, you conniving author, you.”
Yeah, sure, that may be true, but answer me this… Can you hold it in your hands and love it like a newborn child? No. Handheld electronics don’t count either—they aren’t the same. Completely different taste and feel. If you won’t take my word for it, try it yourself. It’s okay, I’ll wait. Tastes nasty, doesn’t it; the tingles aren’t too pleasant? Paper is far superior. Read Na’amah’s story on paper. Lick the paper. Rejoice.
Need more convincing? Here’s a list of what you’ll be getting into with The Wizard’s Package:
The Wizard’s Staff: A Spellbinding Romance
Na’amah is just an average, ordinary half-succubus adopted by a warren of kobolds. But when she takes a trip to a nearby town, she discovers true love in the form of a distinguished wizard adventurer—Alatar. Life becomes complicated for Na’amah as she tries to get some alone time with the renowned hero, her forbidden fruit.
The Wizard’s Tower: A Spellblinding Sequel
Through no fault of her own, Na’amah’s heart now belongs to another—Alatar. Unfortunately, the affection is unrequited. After Alatar’s shocking betrayal, the two find themselves stuck together, working to survive in the depths of an inhospitable dungeon. Will love conquer all, or is Na’amah doomed to a short life and heartbreak?
“The Succubus’s Chest”
There’s a locked chest in Na’amah’s room that Alatar has never seen opened and it bothers the hell out of him. While the wizard’s fiancée is out assisting her adoptive family handle invading adventurers, Sir Guy the Good makes a reappearance—and he’s after that heart-shaped box.
“The Succubus’s Pink Pearl”
Let’s face it, you’re here for the RPG smut. Don’t deny it. So let’s get right to it and trim down all that unwanted fat (referred to by some as “plot”) and jump into the intimacy. I hope you’re happy, pervert.

The Wizard’s Tower
Hear ye, hear ye: The Wizard’s Tower has been released!

That’s right, the much-awaited sequel to the The Wizard’s Staff has been released. After several months of anticipation, you can at last read the conclusion of Na’amah’s love story! You can read it for free on Kindle Unlimited or download it for 99 cents on Amazon.
But wait, there’s more!
Are you one of those people who have been sitting on the fence for the past three months trying to decide if you really wanted to read them or not? Well, I have some good news for you, my dear procrastinator… The Wizard’s Staff is FREE this weekend to celebrate the release of its conclusion! That’s right, you can save yourself almost a dollar; lucky you! So download Staff, get hooked, and purchase Tower — I promise you’ll regret it for all the right reasons! (For you hardcore procrastinators who see this notice weeks after I post it… Staff is free July 31 and August 1, 2021.)
Thank you for your continued support, I hope you enjoy The Wizard’s Tower and join me again with the third Macy Blush Collection novelette coming out in October, An Unembellished Backstory: The Brief Autobiography of Macy Blush!

The Wizard’s Tower
The unfortunate lovechild of an 80’s romance and a DnD-based LitRPG. A Reddit-approved parody.

Kindle Vella has launched!

Hi everybody! In case you missed it, last week Amazon launched it’s Kindle Vella platform. Vella is an episodic reading site where you purchase tokens to use to unlock new episodes…think short chapters. The first three episodes are completely free, so you can determine if you want to keep reading without risk. To sweeten the deal, if you go to Vella right now, you can get 200 tokens for free! That said, with the release of Vella comes two of my stories: Plot Points and Arthame!
PLOT POINTS is actually the first “good” novel I wrote and was one giant learning experience into writing literature. Even though it was quite rough, I had dozens of beta readers who loved the characters and world… so, instead of letting it gather dust, I’ve instead reworked and edited it, now you can read it on Vella, with a new episode released every Thursday!
En Route to the city and new job, Jacob Fero finds himself on the border of a storybook kingdom of a fantasy world filled with monsters, heroes, and (of course) an evil lord bent on conquering it all. Suddenly grouped with an ensemble of unlikely allies, he does what any self-labeling geek would do—he calls himself a wizard. He certainly doesn’t have the brawn or skill to be anything else! Will Jacob be able to maneuver his story’s plot points and get home, or will the cliches kill him first?
ARTHAME is a standalone story that takes place in the world of my Allodasos series. It features a whole new cast of characters who may or may not meet Eva and Kladi later in the series. You don’t need to have read Gnats to read this story, but their stories do impact each other and further flesh out the universe. Just like Plot Points, there will be new episodes of Arthame will release on Vella most Thursdays!
When their car breaks down, Ashley Miller and Nicole Boucheron are stranded in a New England bog near a colonial-style manor. Curiosity draws them in, and they find creatures that shouldn’t exist, dark miasma desecrating Earth’s natural order, and the Lord and Mistress who rule over it all: Aldebrand and Isa. As Ashley and Nicole explore the manor, they discover their fates have always been shackled to magic, and freedom may cost more than they’re able to pay.
And a reminder…
The sequel to The Wizard’s Staff is less than two weeks away, so PREPURCHASE THE WIZARD’S TOWER NOW, it’s only 99 cents; I promise you’ll regret it for all the right reasons!

End of June Updates
I have several short announcements for the end of the month…
First and foremost — I have a new publication!
Some feuds are destined to last until the end of the world.

My short Story “The Final Battle of the Third Sphere” is the opening story for the third issue of The Common Tongue: Dark Fantasy Magazine! By clicking here, you’ll be led to some options to order the journal as either a physical copy or an ebook. Or, you can wait a bit and read it for free in August when it becomes available to the general public (click here to go to the page where it’ll be available). While “Battle of the Third Sphere” is a standalone story, it does take place in the Allodasos universe (in ancient history to be precise), making this the second Allodasos story to be officially published.
What about the other Allodasos stories? They’re coming! Sinkhole is almost finished being edited and the alpha draft of book 4 has been completed! Then there’s Arthame; right now it appears Amazon Vella will be opening to readers mid to late July, when it launches there will be at least 5 “episodes” available.
How about them cringy Macy Blush books? Those, too, are going full steam! The Wizard’s Tower will be releasing in exactly one month, like hundreds of other people, you can preorder it now (and Dahlia has already started recording the narration of the novella for the Audible edition)! You can also preorder the third book, An Unembellished Backstory: The Brief Autobiography of Macy Blush (October 2021), and even the fourth — Cantrip Love: An Amorous Adventure (December 2021). Also coming soon is The Wizard’s Package anthology (August 2021), a physical print of the Wizard’s Staff and Wizard’s Tower; because of the way Amazon is set up, there’s no preorder for it, but it’ll be available on August 31, 2021.
Is there anything else new? Oh yeah, an announcement for another future publication! My (very weird) flash fiction “Modern Dating” has been picked up by LEON: Literary Review to be included in the magazine later this year — more info to come as I get it.
Okay, I think that’s everything now except for two quick reminders:
If you’ve read anything of mine, be sure to rate/review it on Amazon and Goodreads (if you have an account) — the more ratings I have, the more visible I am to other readers! You’ve supported me once my reading my work, you can do it again by rating it!If you haven’t already, sign up for my newsletter — as a thank you, you’ll be given a link to an exclusive Allodasos short story!Until next time,
~B.S.Roberts

The Wizard’s Staff: Orally Transmitted Edition
Last month I released The Wizard’s Staff: A Spellbinding Adventure and was blown out of the water with how well it did. One thing that I was asked on multiple occasions was if I could or was planning on making an audible version of the book… well, Dahlia Thomas volunteered her time (and probably sanity) to narrate and edit The Wizard’s Staff, and now it’s available on Audible and Amazon, and will be on Itunes in the next couple days!
The Wizard’s Staff: Orally Transmitted Edition is (US)$6.95 to purchase, and it’s just over 2 hours of corny DnD jokes mashed up with romance novel clichés.

The unfortunate lovechild of an 80’s romance and a DnD-based LitRPG. A Reddit-approved parody.
This spellbinding romance of a succubus and wizard hits all the right spots!

“Arthame” and other updates
Happy April everybody!
I don’t have any huge proclamations for this month, but I do have some updates for you all including the announcement of a new project.
First, The Wizard’s Staff is still going strong, it’s waned down in the last couple of weeks but is still getting pretty consistent numbers, and that’s amazing! The “Orally Transmitted Edition” of the book has also been completed and submitted to Audible’s QC—hopefully in the next couple weeks it will be released and you’ll be able to listen to the cringe instead of reading it! If you haven’t read it yet and are finally willing to conform, here’s the link to its Amazon page, its free on KU or 99cents to purchase.
Second, The Wizard’s Tower, the direct sequel to Wizard’s Staff and the second book of the Macy Blush Collection is just about done with its alpha draft. At the time of writing this I only have about 10 more pages to write, so it’s ahead of schedule! You can preorder it here for only 99 cents!
Third, Next month, my poem “Farrow” will be released in the 4th issue of The Dillydoun Review—more information to come.
And fourth, last but not least—here’s the first time that I’m bringing up my newest project, so drum roll… Amazon is launching a new book service called Vella. Similar to apps such as Wattpad, this platform releases “episodes” (essentially chapters or parts) on a schedule set by the authors. I’m currently working on a new piece for Vella called Arthame, a dark fantasy/horror romance set in the Allodasos universe. Each episode is going to be between 500 and 1000 words (roughly 1-2 pages) and will be uploaded every week (the first 10 or so will all drop together when it’s released). Here’s the tentative blurb and cover!

“College friends Ashley Miller and Nicole Boucheron are stranded in the middle of a New England swamp after Nicole’s car breaks down. Resigned to walking to the nearest town, they instead find themselves in front of a colonial-style manor tucked away in the mire. Curiosity pulls the women to the doorstep and they find themselves in the company of creatures that shouldn’t exist, dark miasma desecrating Earth’s natural order, and the Lord and Mistress who rule over it all—Aldebrand and Isa. The idea of free will unravels as Ashley and Nicole explore the manor, discovering that magic had always shackled their fate, and the price of freedom may be more than they’re able to pay.“
You’ll be hearing more about this project in the future, including the release date of the first 10 chapters—hopefully your as excited as I am for Arthame!
And that’s it for this post,
Stay safe and healthy!
~B.S.Roberts
P.S. If you haven’t already, sign up for my newsletter to hear announcements before anybody else, and by signing up, you’ll receive access to an exclusive short story based in my Allodasos universe!
P.P.S. A reminder—if you’ve read Gnats or The Wizard’s Staff, be sure to give an honest review/rating on Amazon and Goodreads if you have an account! The more ratings I have, the more visible they become… and Gnats is lacking right now, there’s been lots of read-throughs but no ratings! Here’s your chance to help fix that!

“The Wizard’s Staff”
This short novelette has been released to the wilds of Amazon! A parody/satire/comedy mashup of an 80s romance novel and a LitRPG gone wrong, The Wizard’s Staff is a cringe-fest of corny RPG and DnD jokes and puns with a large helping of romance clichés! I’ve been told I’m a horrible person for writing it, and I’m taking that as a compliment!
Oh, and guess what? It will be FREE to purchase from tomorrow, March 21st, to March 25th! Today, and after this promotional period, it’ll be 99cents to buy, but will remain free on Kindle Unlimited. Click here to be directed to its Amazon page!
