Inner exploration is all there is to do. We can’t control anything but ourselves, thus knowing ourselves is pivotal in many aspects of life both inner and outer.

Agreed. If you look at the stats, mental health is one of the largest killers.

Agreed. If you look at the stats, mental health is one of the largest killers. More than most, if not all other causes, particularly for young men.

Yet there is no ‘war’ against it. No mass world wide lockdown to prevent it (in fact the lockdowns have caused an increase).

This is why I talk on it.
