You are right, everyone’s journey is unique. It is vital that we take all efforts to ensure our mental stability and take actions where necessary to stay on the path and find our way — what ever that is.

It’s a matter of cost to reward.

Tearing something down requires less thought and nuance than planned reform.
The risk of creating something worse from the ruins is high.
