** UPDATE ON CHILDREN'S LITERARY CLASSICS 2012 AWARDS **

Today was the day that Children's Literary Classics announced the final results of their 2012 competition. As you can imagine, it was with some excitement that I followed the link in their email to find out how The Crystal Ship had done. The answer? Drumroll please... a silver award in the Preteen/Tween Science Fiction category. Okay, it isn't the highest award on offer, but it is still a great honour and I am more than happy with the result. It's days like this that make it all worthwhile. Here is the official press release...
