Jeff Bailey Reviews Red Notice by Bill Browder
Red Notice by Bill Browder is an autobiography of the first foreigner to make it as a successful investor in post-communist Russia. Second, it’s the history of the Magnitsky Act. Sergei Magnitski was a Russian, activist lawyer who died in the Russian Prison system. While I love a well-conceived spy thriller, Red Notice was over the top. It was all true. Bill Browder lived this story. Red Notice is a MEMOIR. There is a strong story element wrapped around, international banking, finance, and Investments. I Highly recommend Red Notice to any lover tog this genre of thriller. Can’t wait to read Browder’s other books.

Jeff Bailey Reviews Agent Scorned by Ephraim Clark
Agent Scorned is Ephraim Clark’sbest yet, by far. The characters are tight and there is no wasted space orside-stories. I feel I know Brad James and his counterpart Chuck, realistic notperfect. It’s why I liked Indiana Jones, humanly accomplished and vulnerable. Thebad guys are equally well developed and real. In Agent Scorned, there is asuicide in Paris and Brad James gets involved - twisty, unpredictable. Justwhat I want in a conspiracy thriller. I’ve read all of Ephraim Clark's thrillersand enjoyed each one. One last point, ‘write what you know’ as the adage goes.Well, Ephraim Clark obviously lives in, and knows, Paris, intimately. The richreferences to street names, districts and businesses (bars) adds so much colorto the books. I felt like I knew Paris after my first read. I felt like I wasreturning to somewhere I’ve lived before as I read Agents Scorned. I guess thefirst book left quite an impression. While the stories are stand alone. I wouldrecommend reading Cult Stalker first and then read the books in the orderpublished. The familiarity with Paris added a lot to my enjoyment of the story.Well done Ephraim Clark. I highly recommendAgent Scorned.
