Recent Reviews
Wow! I am so grateful for these wonderful reviews over the past few days . . . what a fantastic way to start the new year!
"I would give this higher than a five star rating if I could." Thank you for the wonderful review of Throne of Grace, Debbie! http://amzn.to/2AIRgVa

Another five star review for one of my more controversial (ha ha!) titles, Reckless Treasure: https://www.amazon.com/review/R2EYH50...
Thank you, Victoria!

Rebellious Writing's team review of the first two books in my Cliff Walk Courtships series, Throne of Grace

Reckless Treasure - Now on Kindle Unlimited!
I am excited to be able to share my retelling of one of Henry James's more obscure books, The Awkward Age, through Kindle Unlimited.
Reckless Treasure tells all that the original story didn't, so beware of adult content and a not-so-happy ending, which some readers have been more than a little upset about. Others, however, have written some fantastic reviews, including this one:
Wow, ya'll, I think this book is like, the romantic equivalent of Game of Thrones, but no one dies, or that episode of America's Next Top Model where Tyra loses it. WE WERE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU. I got invested in all of these characters, rooting for certain things to happen, only for the author to be like, not today, Satan.
I LOVE this!
If you're looking for the romantic equivalent of Game of Thrones, look no further.

Reckless Treasure - New Covers, Still in Kindle Unlimited!

I LOVE these new covers for Reckless Treasure (did you know that this is a retelling of the Henry James novel The Awkward Age?)!
Thank you so much to J.B. Trepagnier for the perfect quote to have on the cover - it makes me smile every time I see it!

Reckless Treasure - FREE for Kindle through July 8
My YA hot mess (NOT a HEA), Reckless Treasure, is still FREE for your Kindle, but not for much longer.

Are you a Kindle Unlimited subscriber? Reckless Treasure is always FREE for KU, but $2.99 without.

Francesca is weeks away from high school graduation and the hope of moving away from her trashy mother and hustling twin brother. She is busy crushing on their older neighbor and blind to the love her best friend Mitch carries in his heart for her. A mysterious stranger arrives in town, offering opportunities that she has never dreamed of; but at what price?
*sexual situations, language, and NOT a HEA.
Why do I keep mentioning the lack of an HEA? Some readers need a HEA, and indicate in reviews that they are displeased by the ending. This is a retelling of a little-studied Henry James novel, The Awkward Age, and if you've ever read his stories, you know there are no happy endings. I could have changed it, but then it wouldn't be the true story - the right one for these characters.
Happy reading, and have a wonderful weekend!
