As this author celebrates a blessed 77th birthday, the audience views on YouTube for an Interview about “Collateral Damage” at the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco on June 10, 2021 (https://tinyurl.com/ycksprx5 ) have risen to nearly one million (two versions) while a presentation about “Denial of Justice” in November 2019 recently went viral with the total YT views to date set at nearly three million and counting (https://tinyurl.com/mr4yr3yn). These numbers (six million YT views for past four books) are quite humbling and include those who pass along valuable “tips” that lead to research breakthroughs. Author’s New Book “Fighting For Justice” Being Published In December, 2022
Based on newly discovered, shocking evidence, my latest book: Fighting for Justice: Robert F. Kennedy, J. Edgar Hoover, Lyndon Johnson and the Improbable Journey to Exposing Cover-ups about the JFK Assassination and the Deaths of Marilyn Monroe and Dorothy Kilgallen, will be published later this year.
This history-making book, based on fresh research including an eyewitness account never presented before, exposes for the first time the inner workings of the Warren Commission pointing to the identity of one member who “assisted” Kilgallen with her assassination investigation. The evidence also provides a window into how LBJ and J. Presentations and Interviews Going Viral re My Books, “Denial of Justice” and “Collateral Damage”
Amazingly enough, my 2019 presentation at the Allen Library near Dallas on my book, “Denial of Justice,” one that exposes the Jack Ruby trial transcripts for the first time, went viral recently with the amount of YouTube views nearing 3 million. Ruby Trial Transcripts Evidence Excerpts
No more credible evidence exists regarding the JFK assassination that the Jack Ruby trial transcripts. This is where Dorothy Kilgallen, the steadfast journalist and media icon learned from her front row seat (she was also the only reporter to interview Ruby at trial) that Ruby lied when he said he “just happened” to be at the DPD basement when Lee Harvey Oswald was being transferred.
I first exposed the transcript evidence as excerpts in my book, “Denial of Justice,” in 2018 and while they are available there, I have recently posted them on my website at www.markshawbooks.com
I strongly urge anyone truly interested in the truth about what happened to JFK in November 1963 to read these excerpts. Without doing so and learning about Kilgallen’s 18 month investigation of JFK’s death in my books, “The Reporter Who Knew Too Much,” “Denial of Justice,” and my most recent book, “Collateral Damage,” one may not proclaim that they have completed the necessary research to discover that truth.

JFK Assassination Documents Release Include Helpful Evidence
Based on my research and my books including “Collateral Damage” and my unique perspective of what happened in Dallas in 1963, I do not agree with some so-called experts who are calling all of the JFK assassination documents released yesterday, “minimal and worthless,” and “a waste of time.” Despite there being at least a third of the 1500 documents labeled as “missing” or “redacted,” there are some jewels of information in the documents including several connecting to my theories. For instance:
There is a 3/25/1974 CIA document connecting Robert Kennedy, Sam Giancana and Johnny Roselli regarding an attempt to “quash” a Grand Jury organized crime indictment against Giancana” and thus “forestall public disclosure of Roselli’s association with the US Government.” What was this all about during RFK’s final months as AG?
Lee Harvey Oswald’s address book in included (the entries are all with Russians who work for Radio Moscow) and the CIA agent who signed the document on 4/17/1975 is James Angleton, the same one who signed the CIA document I included in CD that connects Dorothy, JFK and Marilyn and exposes Marilyn and RFK’s love affair and her threat to do to the media about the matters of national security leaked to Marilyn by the Kennedy’s.
There is a 6/5/1968 CIA document dealing with Jim Garrison’s investigation with one item reading, “Belli defense attorney for Jack Ruby; Jim Garrison was a weekend guest of Belli when Garrison visited SF in October 1967” and most interesting, “Belli was reportedly involved in illicit drug trafficking with Morris Elowitz in 1058. Elowitz was a suspected contact of Lucky Luciano.” (indicates Belli connection to Mob as I have noted in my books)
Regarding Giancana, there is a 12/20/1977 CIA document reporting that “Sam Giancana, Head of the Chicago Cosa Nostra, is still running things by remote control from a hide-out in Mexico.”
There is a 4/4/67 CIA document detailing the report by a “sensitive Soviet Source” which reads in part, “The Soviets felt that President Kennedy’s death was a great loss, not only for the US and SU, but for the whole world. According to the source, the Soviets felt that they could trust President Kenney and deal with him on a cooperative basis.” (appears to negate all the crazy theories about Soviets being involved in JFK’s death)
There is a 9/25/1998 CIA document (interesting date) negating any connection of Oswald to the CIA’s “Office of Operations,” an allegation made by Oswald/CIA theorists.
There are other points of interest, but, of course, there are no references to Dorothy Kilgallen, Marilyn Monroe, Jack Ruby, and any connections between RFK’s illegal actions against Marcello that triggered JFK’s assassination. What the documents as whole do indicate is that those investigating headed down so many rabbit holes focused on Oswald that they missed the obvious, that, as Dorothy knew, focusing on Ruby was the key to resolving what happened to JFK. Sad, but true.

6th Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza – Distortions of History Abound

If you and your band of thieves at the museum, including those on the board of directors, those who continuing distort history on a daily basis at the museum amounting to fraud, think for one minute that I will ever give up my crusade to close your doors, think again. Especially when supporters of my efforts, and they grow by the day, send me notice of your stooping to a new low by advertising that veterans who have defended our country in past wars and today stand ready if needed again, could actually visit the museum for a “Veterans Day only special,” bargain price of $11.
Really, do you need Lindsey, Nicola and the board need the eleven bucks. Could you not let veterans in for free? No, because your minds are warped, you care only about the mighty dollar to the extent of operating what amounts to a shrine to Lee Harvey Oswald and deliberately excluding any and all material, including books, to the contrary so that the bogus OA theory lives on. Shame on you, for sure but the diabolical actions at the museum go even further than that.
How do I know? Because the same Dallas supporter told me that you invited Dan Abrams, the author of the bogus book, “Kennedy’s Avenger” to speak there on Zoom. I knew Dan when he and I covered both the Mike Tyson and Kobe Bryant cases and he was a lazy reporter then and he is now. For instance, he actually quoted from my book, “Denial of Justice” (without permission of course, that Dan’s way), but then had the audacity to include the fact that Dorothy Kilgallen stated that Oswald did not know Ruby instead of the truth which is that Dorothy quoted others regarding that relationship and did not agree with the conclusion. No matter the lack of an accurate account so as to alter shoddy research, Dan’s dishonesty fits right in with what your exhibits, programs, etc. do every day to unsuspecting young students, teachers and the general public. Shame on you again.
On my end, if you bothered to read the copy of “Collateral Damage” that I sent along (very much doubt it), the credible evidence destroys the OA theory in line with the thinking of nearly 90% of the American people, but of course you and your cohorts don’t care since if folks don’t buy your OA bullshit, the museum can’t keep functioning. Of course, in reality, the collection is just a front now for making money in the bookstore which is in really just a memorabilia junk store where you hock JFK trinket, T-shirts, etc. using false advertising that you are doing so in tandem with the president’s legacy as THE place where the most accurate information about the assassination exists when nothing could be further from the truth. Shame on you again.
Doing my part to call attention to the museum’s fraud in “Collateral Damage,” you’ll see that several pages in toward the end of “Collateral Damage” expose the inaccuracy regarding the exhibits, the restriction of any books not in line with the OA theory, the bogus YouTube presentation by the Judge Brandon Birmingham and attorney Toby Shook based on the Ruby police files (what a crock of shit as I’ve told them). They completely ignored all aspects of the Jack Ruby trial transcript evidence dealing with the pre-trial hearing which indicated, based on a very famous witness, that Ruby could not get a fair trial due to pre-trial publicity. For God sakes, delete that video from YouTube. It makes them, you and the museum look like fools.
In that book, I’ve also screamed about how the museum should be closed as a distortion of history sore on Dallas at every chance including interviews and presentations about the book that to date, just six months later, have garnered more than 700,000 YT views including the one at the Allen Library in July. Add these views for other interviews and presentation for previous books where I expose your wrongdoing and the total number of views reaches nearly 3.5 million.
And, I am pleased to say, your sordid story will one day soon hit the big or small screen due to the announcement by Academy Award producer/director Mark Wahlberg’s “Unrealistic Ideas” production optioning the media rights to “Collateral Damage.” Here’s the link (https://tinyurl.com/4hb2dcx5) and you may be certain that each of your mugs as well all of my proof of your fraud will be prominently mentioned.
This all said, it is never too late to change your stripes and really become a viable repository for the truth about the JFK assassination as I am doing with the donation of my body of work to my alma mater, Purdue University. I sent the Press Release announcing the collection https://tinyurl.com/yyth7afp before and unlike your bogus exhibits, etc. the Purdue collection will house “the only comprehensive, credible collection available regarding the life and times of and deaths of media icon Dorothy Kilgallen, film star Marilyn Monroe and the truth about the JFK assassination in the context of Robert F. Kennedy’s abuse of power in 1961/62.” One day soon, students, teachers, researchers and the general public will visit the collection and they want have to pay a dime to do so.
So, Stephen, a suggestion. One day, just look at yourself in the mirror and ask this question: “Do my colleagues and I at the museum and the Board of Directors want to continue to distort history on a daily basis or do I want to shed the filth of distortions of history being passed on to unsuspecting visitors including young students?”
Let your conscience be your guide because the day of reckoning is coming one day soon. Meanwhile, don’t forget to give veterans the sale price for visiting the museum next year. Gotta keep those dollars rolling in especially if T-shirt sales aren’t up to par.

As you will notice, I’ve copied several media outlets in the Dallas area, etc. Perhaps at some point in time, the reporters will act like real journalists and expose the truth about your museum. If Dorothy Kilgallen, a true reporter of distinction and integrity whose investigation of the assassination is the most credible in history and one the museum completely ignores, were alive today, and learned of the fraudulent practices, her lethal columns would have your doors closed the day the articles were published.

The Truth, the Whole Truth, and Nothing but the Truth about the JFK Assassination
Do people really want to know the truth about the JFK assassination with the 58th anniversary of his death coming on November 22nd? Do they really want the truth about Robert F. Kennedy not only causing the deaths of Marilyn Monroe and JFK based on his abuses of power in 1961 and 1962?
Many do, and I applaud them for that viewpoint but so many are in denial, so many despite the plethora of evidence proving the above allegations, refuse to hold RFK accountable and here is what I believe to be the main reason why. Despite the success of the five books I have written touching on the assassination and there being more, to date, than 3.5 million YouTube views of presentations and interviews, I feel like revered journalist and media icon must have felt in 1963, since despite actually being in Dallas just days after the assassination and then at the Jack Ruby trial which caused her to write many columns denouncing the ludicrous “Oswald Alone” theory, she was ignored by the mainstream media and those who wanted to believe that one man could have orchestrated JFK’s death.
Today, I have that same feeling since despite my fifteen years of research and credible primary source accounts that have not been challenged proving without a doubt RFK’s responsibility for his brother’s death, and as exposed in my latest book, “Collateral Damage,” his having silenced Marilyn Monroe in 1962 when she threatened to tell the media about their torrid love affair and matters of national security leaked to her by RFK and JFK amounting to treason, many people still cling to the Camelot Days of the presidency and disregard Bobby’s breaking the law while Attorney General including his being a murderer.
During some interviews, the host listens carefully to my laying out the evidence for my allegations, praises it, and the asks, “Mark, will we ever know the truth?” I want to scream “Just read my books since the truth lies within and then use common sense reasoning so you will understand that the truth isn’t buried but standing right before your eyes.: God willing, more people in the future will heed these words since my contributions to history are valid just as Dorothy Kilgallen’s were in 1963.

Documentary Film Being Developed for “Collateral Damage”
Read Press Release announcing plans by “Unrealistic Ideas” production company owned by Academy-Award nominated actor/producer Mark Wahlberg, Archie Gips and Stephen Levinson to develop a documentary feature film based on optioning the rights to my most recent book, “Collateral Damage.” By exposing to the world via a documentary the injustices done to Marilyn Monroe and Dorothy Kilgallen when the two friends were silenced just three years apart, justice may indeed finally be secured for these two remarkable women.
Demand that LA DA Recuse Himself from Potential Re-investigation of Marilyn Monroe Death
This letter has been forwarded to LA County DA George Gascón demanding that he withdraw from any involvement in the decision regarding this author’s strong request for a re-investigation of Marilyn’s 1962 murder due to a conflict of interest based on remarks the DA made to the media regarding the Sirhan Sirhan parole application about Bobby Kennedy with the DA admitting that he “idolized the Kennedy’s” and “I can get very emotionally wrapped around my personal feelings (about) … someone that I thought could have been an incredible president for this country.”
To remedy this obvious obstruction of justice, the letter demands that Gascón appoint an independent prosecutor to proceed with the re-investigation based on the multitude of evidence presented in “Collateral Damage” that RFK orchestrated Marilyn’s death and then participated in the cover-up. President Biden Refusing to Release JFK Assassination Documents Abuse of Power: Call for Congressional Investigation
What is the government hiding about the JFK assassination that can possibly be related to President Biden denying their release so as to “protect against identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement or the conduct of foreign relations” as he wrote on October 23, 2021 nearly Sixty years after the assassination?
Like other presidents before him who have been guilty of abuse of power by not releasing the documents, certainly cause for a Congressional investigation, Biden appears to be immersed in ludicrous “conspiracy theories” by providing the lame excuse noted above instead of embracing credible evidence based on motive that the plot to kill President Kennedy was orchestrated by New Orleans Mafia Don Carlos Marcello as proven in my books, “The Poison Patriarch,” “The Reporter Who Knew Too Much,” “Denial of Justice” and “Collateral Damage?”
