5 star review for Ethea
Sci-fi/fantasy author, Elaina J Davidson has read and reviewed Ethea: Having read the first two books in this series, I could not wait to find out how it all ends, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed. My every expectation for this story was met! Merged worlds bring all sorts of surprises, from the creepiest creatures to heroic hearts, and I lapped it up. Then there are the battles! Massive in scale, the give it all and die for a cause type battles, filled with death, horror and terror. From snow to fire, from air to underwater – I found myself holding my breath sometimes! There’s also quirky humour, and fellowship and love. There’s hope amid despair, there’s beauty amid the chaos. Most of all, this is an epic tale, bringing mythology and fantasy into our time and place in an imaginative and highly enjoyable way. My only gripe is that Elora and Bray’s tale will go on now without us looking in on them via the pages. Who knows, maybe the Empire will have need of their skills in the future … Well done to the author! Excellent indeed!

'Reminiscent of Guy Gavriel Kay and Weaveworld. Look forward to the rest. I couldn't put it down. Thanks to the author.'Thanks guys.

5 star review from Amazon
Hi guys. I've had another amazing review for Ethea:
'Wow. Just finished reading Ethea the last book in the daughter of chaos trilogy and I was blown away. Such a well written and satisfying series of books from page one of the first book to the last page of the final one. The story had me hooked throughout and was hard to put down resulting in some very late night/ early morning reading. Cannot recommend this author's work enough. The World, characters within it and the story itself are so well crafted and the pacing is perfect.'Thank you Mr Dim Reaper.Other news - Eversong's free promotional period has come to an end and I am pleased to say that it has had almost 2 thousand downloads around the world. Dylap is progressing nicely - I'm currently writing chapter 12 and events are getting a little tense for the fairy. I'm still on track for a winter release. Thanks you

Ethea reviews
Today I received a further 2, 5 star reviews on Amazon and was ecstatic: 'I actually had to stop reading it for a while, as I didn't want the series to end! From the very outset, we're thrown into the conclusion of the second book and the nightmare scenario that it contains. New characters appear and existing ones are developed. Jaygen's journey is worthy of the book alone, leaving a tantalising opportunity for a possible sequel of his own. I won't spoil the story or characters, but it doesn't disappoint and takes the reader through highs and lows, from this world through others and back again. It takes us through the failures, successes and pain of battles with scary realism, then on to peaceful times and then more battles, both personal and with huge, scary armies. It didn't end the way I expected it to, and gave me more surprises right through to the end. I shall miss this world, its heroes, anti-heroes, villains and arch-villains! Also, I have to say that it contains one of the greatest literary characters I have ever encountered, but then again, I do have a soft spot for skinny dogs!' 'Just finished book all i can say is wow. i loved every minute of the book an amazing ending to a great trilogy. War, love, betrayal and heroics all here in this gripping final chapter of the daughter of chaos series. Was left smiling ear to ear by end of book great characters and world of Ethea can not wait to see how A.C Salter takes the next step in the world he has created. Recommend to friends and family,'
Thank you guys. And I'll keep you posted for 'Darkest Wish' - which I will be releasing for free.

Darkest Wish and another 5 star review
Hi guys. It's been a while since my last blog, because I've been busy writing Dylap and finished a short story that had been bugging me for a while. Darkest Wish was an idea I had ages ago. A small piece that I've been playing with and not really knowing what to do with it. Well, its finally written and Paul has done an excellent job with the title.
I will be releasing it soon as a free ebook. Hopefully you will enjoy it. In the mean time I have had another 5 star review from the US for Eversong:'Alternate worlds, demonic possession, apocalyptic mayhem, monsters, trolls, motorcycles, horses, thugs, a novel system of magic, gripping combat, even Vikings... Eversong has it all. The story feels familiar but innovative and unique at the same time. Salter describes his world with imagistic prose and a comfortable, tucked-in-and-cozy style. The story follows a familiar theme (that of a young woman who, unbeknownst to her, is a pivotal person in the fate of the universe), but the plot and characterization belong to Salter own. The strong female lead must contend with dynamic forces she barely understands, while under constant threat of execution by a member of an elite sect of warriors who guard the "balance" between the realms. Her quest is supported by a band of characters that embody the perfect blend of humorous clowning and bad-assery.'Thanks guys

Ethea reviews
Hi guys, the first reviews for Ethea have been written on Amazon and they're all 5 stars:'A brilliantly thought out story line that sent my mind into so many different emotions. The chaos that surrounds Elora and all her followers and enemies is so ferocious, how could Ethea possibly become a place of equality and peace?A thrilling and dark fantasy world that anyone would enjoy getting their teeth into.''This book was so worth the wait. It had me just as gripped as the first 2 (unfortunately work prevented me finishing it as fast as I would have liked!) Definitely worth reading! Fab book by a fab author! Plus Carmegla kicks serious butt!!!''Another fantastic read from the talented new writer A C Salter bringing this amazing series of three books to a close: But is it? I love the way this series has ended with so many of the interesting characters still there to maybe bring new series based around them. What a talent! What an exciting way to end the trilogy.'
Thank you so much for the great reviews. I'm thrilled that you've enjoyed the trilogy. On other news, I will be appearing at next weeks Nailsworth festival, on Saturday from noon. Wychwood festival is on the 3rd and 4th, June and I'll be doing a meet and greet in the Waterstones marquee. Come over and say hello if you're there.

2 Shadojak Reviews
2 more 5 star reviews for Shadojak from Amazon:'I have to be honest in that although I was really looking forward to book 2, I didnt expect it to be as good as Eversong, I was wrong!''I brought this copy from the author himself. I loved shadojak from start to finish. It was full of action twist and turns. Loved the twists, I could not stop smiling once I finished this book. Well written and the world of earth and Thea are well constructed, loads of new characters and some great returning characters from Eversong, to keep you hooked and on your toes. Bring on Ethea, the conclusion novel in the daughter of chaos trilogy. Elora really grows again over this novel learning her new abilities as both Shadojak and the Daughter of chaos.'
