Fig, Almond & Rosemary Bread

This has become one of my favourite ready recipes. Filled with chopped dried figs, almonds and aromatic rosemary sprigs this healthy bread is definitely one you should add to your list. It’s full of crunchy sweet nuttiness and is deliciously moist!

Sweet & Salty Popcorn

This is an easy “no brainer” party food, movie snack or work snack. I love popcorn and my weakness is sweet and salty! So, cancel out the microwave and pre-packaged business and you’ve got yourself a pretty healthy snack. Get your saucepan ready and start popping!

Quick Savoury Granola

I love savoury granola to add a bit more crunch to egg dishes, salads and more. You can bump up the intensity by adding in a little more of each spice or try your favourite herb mixes like rosemary and thyme or tarragon. Don’t be afraid to get creative and create a savoury granola recipe with your own twist! You can also make this in the oven if its easier as you would with regular granola recipe.

Dark Fudge Walnut Brownies

These are deliciously dark, fudgey and nutty chocolate brownies. I love to add some walnuts to give the fudgy brownies some crunch. Any nut will work so if you’re not a fan of walnuts substitute for your preferred choice. This is a great sweet treat to have ready in the evenings. Store the recipes in an air tight container and they will last up to 4-5 days.

Pesto Baked Tuna Balls

Pesto Baked Tuna Balls are a deliciously healthy and easy meal to prepare for lunch or dinner. Why not get the kids to help prepping this recipe and make them for packed lunches? I served mine with some tasty homemade natural red pepper hummus.

Spicy Tuna Burgers

Craving something light and healthy yet packed with flavour? These simple Spicy Tuna Burgers will satisfy your craving. I used tinned tuna so this recipe could not get any easier. You can also pre make them and they taste just as good heated up.

Pistachio, Lime and Coconut Muffins

Pistachio, Lime  and Coconut Muffins – moist, full of nutty goodness AND they’re Gluten Free. The top is perfectly crunchy and the inside moist and full of delicious flavour. These three key ingredients go so well together that I will definitely be trying out more recipes with them. The muffins are super easy to make and the ingredients are all things you can easily pick up in your local supermarket. Enjoy :)
