TBT: Clan and Crown

Egilka in charge:

Egilka looked at him, a long look that took Clajak in from head to toe and back again. The aroma of arousal grew heavier. A slow, calculating smile spread over Egilka’s face.              Clajak’s breath caught. As always, Egilka’s smile softened the stark cheekbones and chin, and his white teeth gleamed behind the mustache. This was not the kind smile the Dramok had seen before, however. This was a dangerous smile, one that made Egilka sexy as hell. Pirate sexy. Sexy, beautiful, and fucking scary.              A thrill of fear slammed Clajak’s gut, and he yanked at his unrelenting bonds. He wanted Egilka, but he wasn’t sure he wanted this version of Egilka. Especially not if he was helpless.              The Imdiko looked amused at Clajak’s efforts to pull free. “Getting better acquainted, as you put it, might not be such a bad idea. However, I think I like the position you’re in, my handsome prince.”              Oh no, this was definitely not one of Clajak’s fantasies. Bottoming was for other men, not the Crown Prince of Kalquor. His fangs unfolded from the roof of his mouth to display behind his flat set of teeth.               He warned Egilka, “I’m a Dramok, Imdiko. I do not submit.”              Egilka’s slit-pupiled eyes glimmered with amusement. “You don’t have to. The ties will do all the surrendering for you.” He turned from Clajak and contemplated the fabric-draped walls. “Let’s see what kind of goodies are in this room.”

Available at Amazon, Amazon UK, Nook, Smashwords, and in print.

WIP Wednesday: Worlds Away

Arga gives Selena an eyeful.

Arga stood, and Selena turned toward him. His body swiveled in her direction. When she realized her gaze was at the level of his sexless crotch, she twisted forward again, her cheeks burning. Damn her short stature.
Oblivious, Arga addressed the elders and audience. “From my spirit to yours, Assembly and members of the war council. All villages report that preparations to overcome the Monsudan hives ahead of their planned invasion of Earth are on target. We have our explosives expert, Boom-Boom—”
“Selena Baumer, please.” For some reason, her nickname sounded worthy of a porn star. Maybe it was the crotch inches from her cheek that made her feel that way. Turn the other direction, Arga.
“Of course. This is Selena Baumer. She is joining us for the second phase of the plan: to destroy the portal accesses on the Earth side of the vortex.”
He swiveled slightly as he spoke, but it was hardly an improvement since that put her practically cheek-to-ass cheek with the guy. The view was nice for her, but hardly the introductory vision she wanted for onlookers. His ass and her face. Compare and contrast, class.

No release date set.

Friday Fiver Challenge: Who Am I?

Five clues pointing to a Kalquorian universe character. Can you name this person?

1. I'm the reason they say great things come in small packages.

2. I like "hunting" for redheads.

3. Is that a tree? No, just my Imdiko.

4. No one who knew me as a kid would have expected me to head up my own Global Security branch.

5. Not a big fan of the Earther military. Especially not a fan of generals who punch women.

Who am I?

TBT: Alien Rule

As if thinking of Jessica summoned her, the music began again, signaling the final dance.  Clajak and Bevau turned from the view of Egilka driving his groin against the Plasian’s face to watch Jessica and Michaela dash to the spotlighted center of the room.  They faced each other, nearly touching breast to breast, their expressions fierce.  They began dancing, their movements a simulated struggle against one another, as if fighting for supremacy.  Perspiration made their silken flesh gleam, and Clajak thought of how soft Jessica had been in his arms, of the musky scent that exuded from her pores.  He tasted again the sweet mounds of her breasts filling his mouth, her nipples hard pebbles against his tongue.
“Why was she so mad with us?” he wondered out loud.
Behind him, Egilka emitted a low howl, his climax ripping through him.  Clajak knew his clanmate liked to prolong his couplings.  For the stoic Imdiko to have given up his pleasure so quickly proved how thrilling he’d found the Earther’s body.  Maybe there was hope for Egilka after all.
Bevau’s voice was wistful as he watched the Earthers engaged in choreographed battle.  “At least we know she enjoys being touched.  Jessica McInness is one less female Govi will have to treat.  It’s too bad she doesn’t like us.”
Clajak smiled, his eyes roaming over the body his hands and mouth had enjoyed a few minutes before.  “Don’t sound so disappointed, my Nobek.  I’ll change her mind about us, and you will have your chance to feel the warmth of an Earther.”
The women ended their simulated fight to gracefully beseech the audience for favor.  While Jessica went in the opposite direction, Michaela approached Clajak’s clan.  As beautiful as the intersexual was, as potent as the dance she beguiled them with, Clajak had to force himself to not look at Jessica.
I will have you, my reluctant Earther.  No amount of resistance will stop me, he vowed.
Egilka, a relaxed smile on his face, returned to his place by Clajak’s side.  He even joined his clanmates in applauding as Michaela danced for them.

WIP Wednesday: Righteous Fury

A lover filled with guilt...

“Are we on the space station?”              “The medical wing where you were supposed to be taken.” Laaruu sagged, his expression drowning in remorse. “Kimi, I’m so sorry. I never should have let you out of my sight. What happened is my fault. You have every right to hate me.”              “Don’t be ridiculous.” After the way he’d rushed in to rescue her from certain horrible death? She’d have pardoned him for just about anything for saving her.               “You can’t say what happened was forgivable. It’s not. My stupidity could have gotten you killed. As it is, what happened—” His voice caught, keeping him from continuing.              “Okay, you could have been a little more cautious with letting me roam off with strangers. But hey, I lived to tell the tale. I’m not mad, Laaruu. I don’t hate you.” She squeezed his shoulder.              This was not the self-assured Paatiin who’d thwarted her attempts to kill herself with the bottle. Laaruu was a man deep in the throes of the kind of guilt that could destroy his soul.               Familiar territory for Kimi.
Releasing in March (date subject to change)

Friday Fiver Challenge: Who Am I?

Five clues. Can you guess the character from the Kalquor universe?

1. My memory isn't what it used to be.

2. I'm not a big fan of prolonged vacations.

3. Sleepwalking, sleepstalking...I'm rather busy even when I'm supposed to be resting.

4. Should I grow my hair back out?

5. Don't confuse me with a serial killer. That's not me (even though sometimes I'm not sure myself).
