Available for Pre-Order: Shalia's Diary Omnibus

Hi! Yes, I’m still around, though I haven’t had time for social media. I peek in to make sure I don’t have messages or comments to respond to, then run off to do the important stuff…like writing and making nice things like a Shalia’s Diary book bundle. It took me long enough to put that together, right? But Shalia’s Diary Omnibus, which contains all 12 books, is done and available for pre-order (the release is March 9). No new content, but it has been re-edited for a better read. I hope you enjoy it. The sales links are below.
I’m happy to report I’ve also been working diligently on Clan Bacoj’s beginnings book. It’s still not titled, but I’m about two-thirds through the first draft. I’m hoping to release it sometime in the summer. Vax is utterly adorable and a total scamp. Bacoj is a bundle of confusion, worried about his ability to be a confident leader, going to war, and impressing Vax. Then there’s Japohn, who can’t help but hope his lone-wolf personality won’t get in the way of attracting the pair as clanmates. As if their personal drama isn’t enough, they have to watch out for vengeful Nobek Karil, who’s determined to make Vax pay for his part in the accidental death of a clanmate.
Fun, right? It’s been entertaining writing these younger guys and remembering what it was like to be in my twenties. I can’t believe how naïve and innocent I was then, and I’m having a blast revisiting that emotional space with Bacoj, Vax, and Japohn. They make me smile, and I hope they’ll make you smile too.
Don't forget to pre-order Shalia's Diary Omnibus at Amazon, Amazon UK, Barnes & Noble, and Smashwords.

Now on Sale - First Mataras: Maryam

Maryam is something of a milestone. It's the thirty-fifth book set in the Kalquorian universe. I'd like to thank my readers for joining me as we journey with the clans.
Maryam had set aside her career dreams in order to put her husband on Earth through school, and later, to concentrate on having a baby. Have you ever postponed a goal for someone else? And did you have the opportunity to pursue it later? Share your story in the comments below.
Defying Earth laws and beliefs, putting her life in danger, Maryam carries the child of a grieving Kalquorian clan—and falls in love with men she can’t have.
Maryam left Earth’s repressive regime and her ruined dreams years ago. She lives on an alien space station, trying to forget her disappointments. Then a young, pregnant Kalquorian woman, seeking one last adventure, barrels into her life. High-spirited Briel reminds Maryam of all she’s given up on.
Matara Briel is soon followed to the station by her clan, three older men exasperated with her antics. Clan Kels has one mission: to reclaim their wayward lifemate. When the discovery is made that Earther women can carry Kalquorian men’s children and save their people from extinction, Dramok Kels is tasked with a new mission by his government: bring Maryam to Kalquor, by force if necessary.
Abducted, Maryam is determined to resist her kidnappers at every turn. Earth declares her corrupted and orders her execution for sinful relations with the Kalquorians, a charge she is innocent of. They attack the ship taking her to the Kalquorian Empire, leading to unthinkable tragedy—the death of Briel.
Discovering Dramok Kels, Imdiko Pana, and Nobek Dergan are not the ruthless enemies she believed them to be, Maryam makes a deal—she’ll carry their unborn child to term if they set her free afterward. However, she’s not prepared for the impossible love that explodes between her and Clan Kels, a love they dare not act on.
Or will they?

A moment later, Dergan appeared at the ‘doorway’ between the bins. He glanced around, his expression grouchy. “Where is he? I want to yell at him some more.”“He’s not here.” Pana chuckled.“Oh. Well.” The Nobek glanced at Maryam. His face reddened, and he stared down at his boots.Great. He was remembering her naked. “This isn’t a bit awkward, is it?” she smarted off. Heat move from her throat to the top of her scalp.“Should I leave?”“I’ve been ordered to not touch her again,” Pana sighed.Dergan glanced up at him. His lips wrinkled from his teeth in a show of temper.Maryam’s pulse quickened. Did the Nobek realize how sexy he was when he was angry? Danger lurked beneath the surface, darkening his stare, making that muscular body tense. No doubt the fact his irritation wasn’t directed at her helped fuel the nervous excitement his warrior aura brought out.Meanwhile, Pana brightened. “Kels didn’t mention anything about you two getting to know each other better. I can watch.”“Pana!” Maryam threw a pillow at him, her face flaming hot.“Well, you were checking Dergan out.”“She was? You were?” Danger was replaced by glee. The Nobek’s naughty grin, openly lascivious, make Maryam laugh despite her embarrassment.“Rogues, both of you. Fine, you’re easy on the eyes, Dergan. I admit to ogling.”“Kels made it clear I should keep my distance too.” He phrased it like a question.“I have no intention whatsoever of joining Sebast’s clan.” Maryam realized belatedly she sounded as if she were encouraging Dergan to pursue her. What was with her? She was begging for trouble. Yet her encounter with Pana had brought slumbering urges to life. Maryam missed being with a man. Being held. Consumed with passion.Pana had started something Maryam didn’t want stopped. The realization stunned her.

Almost immediately, warning pings alerted him to hostile ships heading their way. Dergan confirmed. “We have incoming.”
On the heels of his statement, an alarm beeped. Kels scowled at instrumentation flashing yellow. “We can’t hold top speed. Structural integrity is compromised where they blasted the hatch.”
Dergan swore. “Stupid ship. It didn’t indicate there was any such problem when we flew into the jungle.”
They’d left the com open to the spyship, and Captain Rosark was quick to interject. “Hold on as best you can. Fighters are thirty seconds away.”
“I see them on the readout. Earther ships are closing fast though.” Kels’s mouth was dry as he watched the monitors.
The shuttle abruptly shifted, going into a nosedive. The jungle below filled the vid, individual trees growing large as they hurtled down.

Fine…they were wonderful outside of sex too.
That thought quickly fled at the sight of Dergan’s feral stare. For an instant, real fear stabbed at Maryam. With his brow lowered over narrowed eyes, his upper lip pulling from his teeth, he looked voracious.
“Someone looks scared,” he hissed, looming threateningly. “Fight if you wish, but it won’t do you any good.”
Moving with the speed of lightning, he grabbed her hips and pulled her toward his livid cocks. Playing the part he’d invited her to play, Maryam kicked while she tried to crawl backwards to flee his lurid intent. Dergan laughed at her attempts, yanking her ever closer to corruption.
“Go ahead. Kick. Scratch. Bite. It makes no difference.”

Then a stream of whimpers slipped between her clenched teeth as Dergan continued to tease her avid clit while the moaning Pana rubbed her buttocks, sometimes grasping hard, marking her. The near-climax receded, but only enough to make her aware of how full she was, how incredibly, achingly full of flesh.
“Claimed,” Kels whispered in her ear, his tone gloating. “Your service to us is just beginning.”

They stepped into a circular clearing, lit by the blue Earth-like planet that ruled the sky. Sticks and foliage underfoot gave way to softer ground cover. Maryam dared to look behind when they neared the center of the small space.
The surrounding woods were like a corral, fencing her and her companions in. Within the shadows, large shapes shifted and moved.
“There.” Maryam pointed.
“All around us,” Kels corrected.

It's a Treat! Maryam Out Tomorrow

“Master…wait…no…” His words fed the thrill that came with his rough handling of her opening and the teasing, barely-there touches on her clit.
“Go ahead and beg. Try to escape. It only excites me more, makes me determined to fuck you harder. I plan to fuck you so hard.”
Kels leaned over her, filling her vision with his handsome, intent face. His smile hinted at cruelty, and Maryam’s heart picked up speed. Anxiety fed anticipation as he moved close, his fingers exiting so he could adjust his cocks against her pussy and ass, preparing to take her.
“Master,” she sobbed.
“Slave,” he whispered and thrust.

Dergan didn’t consciously follow Kels. His legs did that on their own, leaving him free to contemplate what he’d just seen.Beyond the enthralling sight of voluptuous female, that was.Maryam had given herself to Pana. The sight and scent of that roiled his thoughts, forcing him to draw deep breaths to calm down so he could ponder the implications.Kels’s reports on Earthers had made it clear that sex for Earther females was no small matter. Their government sentenced them to torture and death for less than what Maryam and Pana had apparently done. Pana knew a thing or two about seduction, but even his charm seemed of little consequence when compared to the atmosphere Maryam had lived her entire life in. Either she’d decided she had nothing left to lose, or she was invested in Dergan’s Imdiko in a major way.If she’d responded to Pana in such a manner, did it bode well for Dergan too? Or was the Earther custom of one male to one female incorruptible? Was it too soon after Briel’s death to consider giving his heart to another, the heart he hadn’t been able to give to his Matara? Conscience prickled, warning Dergan he should reflect on how dishonorable such a scenario could be, even if he’d never fallen in love with his deceased clanmate. When he thought about Maryam, his heart lifted. When he spoke to her, he felt easy. Comfortable, like talking to an old friend. Her kind regard offered Dergan the chance to recover the self-respect he’d lost after allowing Briel to die. He was hopeful Maryam would forgive him for the heinous act of kidnapping her and restore some sense of dignity to his battered psyche. It had seemed possible that someone selfless enough to carry her captors’ child would offer redemption. Dergan admired Maryam. Now that he’d seen her with his Imdiko, knowing she’d shared her body willingly, he discerned that admiration daring to grow into more. He could care for her as a man should care for such a woman. His appreciation of her was an established fact. More—that was a real possibility.
