Thunderclap campaign: ED EGGS
I've just heard about this innovative new app that is being launched by an author friend of mine and her husband.
Andrea Howarth Salazar, is the author of the wonderful novel, Splintered, a heartwarming tale about letting go of the past and the all-encompassing power of love.

You can read more about it and buy the book on Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Splintered-An...
********
This new app for children has been developed by Andrea's husband with Andrea's help on character design and story boarding, and they've launched a new social media campaign to help with the launch. The Thunderclap campaign doesn't request donations, just clicks.
The app is designed to encourage children aged 4 - 10 to walk outdoors with their parents to earn more points to unlock characters and stories in the game. Andrea says, "It's for the good cause of preventing child obesity and promoting fitness, fun and family time! Supporting this does not cost anything - and the more support clicks we receive, the more advertising tweets we will get when the app is launched on September 1st."
To help promote via the Thunderclap campaign, please follow this link: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/1...

REFLECTIONS is published!
You can now get book 2 in The Mind's Eye Series either as a Kindle download or a paperback!
Amazon US: http://www.amazon.com/Reflections-Min...
Amazon UK: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Reflections-M...
Reflections is a collection of short stories and poetry inspired by photography. It contains 3 new stories from me. Each of my stories is inspired by photos taken by Helle Gade.
My first new story, Shadows, follows a couple who return to the mountain resort where they enjoyed their honeymoon twenty years earlier. The husband is looking forward to the trip, whereas the wife is not so happy to be returning. It is quite a dark story and deals with the themes of regret, guilt, and relationships.
My second featured story, Escape, is about a man who has become tired of his 9 to 5 existence and wants to find a way out. He takes a trip to an ancient site and begins to wonder what life would be like in a place like that.
My last story is a paranormal tale about an old woman who lived by the sea.
There are also stories from Darcia Helle, J. Michael Radcliffe, and Jason McIntyre. A great mix of dark fiction and fantasy.
Reflections also contains poetry by Helle Gade and Ben Ditmars.
Photographs featured in the book are from Martin David Porter and Helle Gade.

This week, Reflections is spotlighted on Booktastik: http://booktastik.com/reflections-min...

We also have a Thunderclap campaign to help spread the news about the release. I'd love it if you'd support us. Here's a link to the page: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/1...
All you have to do is add your support either from your Facebook, Twitter, or Tumblr account and on the 30th November Thunderclap will automatically post something on your timeline about Reflections. It's free to add your support and only takes a minute. Thanks in advance on behalf of all the featured artists!
You can also join a Facebook event for the Thunderclap promotion to keep up with the news. One lucky supporter will win a paperback copy of Reflections: https://www.facebook.com/events/36893...
You can add Reflections to your to-read list here on Goodreads by going to the book page: Reflections.
I hope you enjoy the book! :)

#Thunderclap for REFLECTIONS and GONE!
A week ago, I told you about the Thunderclap campaign for REFLECTIONS.

Thank you to everyone who has added support so far! we're up to 79 supporters and only need 21 more :) If you haven't supported it yet, all you need is either a Facebook, Tumblr, or Twitter account. Don't worry if you haven't got many followers, it's your support we need to get up to 100 supporters, otherwise the Thunderclap won't happen, so you can make a difference even if you've only got a few followers. Please follow this link, which will take you to our Thunderclap page: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/1...
Once on the page, you'll see options to 'Add' your support for either Twitter, FB, or Tumblr. Just click on one or all of those and you're done! Thank you so much for taking the time to help.
While I'm on the subject of Thunderclap, my good friend and fellow author Julie Elizabeth Powell has a campaign running there at the moment. Please help out if you can: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/1...
Julie's campaign is to help spread the word about her book Slings & Arrows and Gone Omnibus Edition.

Julie says: "My daughter, Samantha, was born with transposition of the main arteries to the heart (crossed the wrong way), two holes in her heart and a block valve. After corrective surgery all seemed fine until the 26 November, 1984, when her heart stopped and she died for the first time.
Doctors resuscitated too little, too late, which left her severely brain damaged for 17 years. During that time, I had a question: Where had my daughter gone? Because who she had been had been wiped clean, leaving only an empty, suffering shell. So I made up a world and went in search of her. This unique fantasy is called, Gone. Slings & Arrows is the non-fictional account of this terrible time."
Thank you!

Join the Thunderclap campaign for Tales From The Cacao Tree!
We have set up a Thunderclap campaign to help promote "Tales From The Cacao Tree".
If you'd like to help us, please follow this link and add your support: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/3...
It only takes a minute and there's no cost. When you support on Thunderclap, you will be allowing the app to use your chosen social media site/s to promote the book on the day of release: 16th November 2015.
This will be the message posted on your Twitter/Facebook/Tumblr page:
#NewRelease If you like chocolate, you'll love "Tales From The Cacao Tree" #fiction #poetry #photography #chocolate
It will also include a link to the book's Amazon page.
The campaign will only go live if we reach our target of 100 supporters, which is where your help is so important.
You can support using your Twitter, Facebook, or Tumblr account - or if feeling generous, all three :)
The website will ask you to authorise the app, but that is only so that it can post the tweet/post for you on the day of release.
Thanks in advance for any support!

Join the Thunderclap campaign for Lost and Found!
I have a Thunderclap campaign for my new book.

I need at least 100 people to support the campaign. If I reach my target, on the 18th March (release day) Thunderclap will arrange for Tweets and posts about my book to be automatically posted to my supporters' Facebook, Twitter, or Tumblr pages.
It's free to join and add your support and takes less than a minute. You will have to authorise the app before you can add your support. Thunderclap is a legitimate website and I've used it many times to support other authors' campaigns, so there is no risk involved.
If you'd like to help, please follow this link: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/3...
You can add support from your Twitter, Facebook, or Tumblr account (or if you're feeling generous, you can add support from all three!).
Once you've confirmed your support, you don't have to do anything else. Thunderclap will automatically tweet or post something for you on the day of my book's release.
If any of you have a Thunderclap campaign, or you know of someone who does, feel free to post a link below and I'll support back.
