Word Count Wednesday - Too Many Projects!
Hello everyone,
I have way too many projects going right now, but here are the updates: I am trying to finish 2 different projects for Tales From Midhgardhur right now (one for May and one for June, when I'll be off camping!): "Old Blood, Bright Fire" (currently at 1534 words) and "Ingjaldur's Crown" (just begun). I've also started tinkering with a prequel story to The Saga of Asa Oathkeeper: A Midhgardhur Fantasy (no title yet, but 881 words so far!), and I'm in research for my next NaNoWriMo project for November, "Tyrfingur" . . . excited to have so much cool stuff to work on! I am still editing Ormsbani, too!

Word Count Wednesday - Double Trouble!
Hello everyone!
It's time for Word Count Wednesday and I've got double trouble since I'm trying to meet two (self-imposed) deadlines, here - my Tales From Midhgardhur offerings for both May and June on Channillo! For May, I've got "Old Blood, Bright Fire" scheduled for released on 5/21/16 - it is complete, sitting at about 7018 words! For June, I've got "Ingjaldur's Crown" scheduled for 6/1/16 - I've started that one over, and I'm linking it to The Saga of Asa Oathkeeper: A Midhgardhur Fantasy, so I'll be bringing in Asa, Hrafn, and Hrefna. That one's just getting started, really, at about 383 words!
If you missed it earlier, I'm also working on a short prequel to The Saga of Asa Oathkeeper: A Midhgardhur Fantasy as well, and beginning to get into serious research for this year's NaNoWriMo. I'm still editing my 2nd novel, and working on all sorts of projects! Keeps me off the streets and out of trouble, as they say!

Word Count Wednesday - a Prequel and a Crown!

For the most updated news on my work, please check out my Author Blog.
The big news right now is that I am returning to the world of The Saga of Asa Oathkeeper: A Midhgardhur Fantasy with TWO new pieces:
One is a so-far-untitled prequel dealing with the backstory of the antagonist of The Saga of Asa Oathkeeper: A Midhgardhur Fantasy, Haraldur Halfdansson. It really is more about Halfdanur Svarti and Ragnhildur Sigurdhardottir. Asa will not be in it, as she was only 5 years old at the time the prequel ends. The outline for the prequel is done, and stands at 4373 words. I intend to release the prequel as a free Kindle book when it is done.
The other piece is a story for Tales From Midhgardhur on Channillo entitled "Ingjaldur's Crown" - this one does feature Asa, Hrefna, and Hrafn in an adventure set soon after the end of The Saga of Asa Oathkeeper: A Midhgardhur Fantasy. I've just started this, really, so it is only 1910 words so far, but I have to get ti work on it, since I scheduled it for release on Channillo on 6/1/16!

Quick update for Word Count Wednesday: "Ingjaldur's Crown" posted to Tales From Midhgardhur on Channillo today, weighing in at around 5890 words. The outline for a prequel to The Saga of Asa Oathkeeper: A Midhgardhur Fantasy called "The Tale of Halfdanur the Black" now sits at about 5180 words, and will be my project for Camp NaNoWriMo in July (aiming for a word count of at least 10,500!).
