Mind Your Emotions, Mend Your Life

Welcome to my mind-body well being blog. I'll share tips on decoding the mind-body connection to enable a return to well being for you, your loved ones and animal friends.

Let's begin!

Your body's well being, or lack thereof, symbolizes what you believe, think and say.

Unwanted physical conditions on the left side of the body symbolize fears about love, relationships, family and doing what we love.

Conditions on the right body side indicate fear-based emotions about logical issues, including work, jobs, school and finances.

For example, left ear deafness or hearing loss translates to a desire to shut out some or all of your loved ones' words to you. Right ear ringing/tinnitus can be your body's fearful attempts to shut out irritating conversation or noise you're hearing on the job.

Isn't it amazing that everyone's bodies tell them what's needed to resume healing, but few heed the messages?
