Another life, another time?

As another body lies still
And a life escapes
I wonder what am I gunning after
Am I pursuing a transience,
A phantasmagoric zilch
That would reward me with nothing
And take away all
As one day I burn away

Would I at least now change my rhyme?
Align myself with myself?
Stop beating with the trivial,
Waiting for another life, another time.

Lost innocence and basic rights

While our kids are in school building up their future, ensconced in the comforts of life ... , barefoot, begging around in the rain or shine, thousands of kids suffer. Wonder what is their fault? Do they even know anything else but struggle? Is there something called basic rights for all? Right to education?
Wonder if we should blame the Creator or its creation? Both seem to be at fault.

A power surge is bad for Data

A power surge at the hosting end, protective apparatus failed, and my whole site got wiped out along with million others. There was no back-up. Budget hosting had no back-up, and the hosting company is out with its hidden, legal jargon. Glad someone I know sued it.

So well, an obituary of once-a-site. I loved the layout and the design. Lost many a articles and poems, and back to reviving the basics => blogger.

A note to myself: keep  2 separate back-ups.

The good: Operation Jai Mata Di consistently been rated at 5-star by over 250 Librarywala readers. Highest Rated among top Indian thriller books, and also among all recently released popular reads!

The bad: lack of awareness. Whoever gets the hand on the book likes it. However not many have had their hands on the book!

The Ugly: Need to generate ideas. Pumping cash into marketing is a costly option, plus doesn’t guarantee ROI. Need to quickly think options! Time’s running out.
