Chapter book almost to market!
The editing process for my chapter book is finished. The text part of the book is totally complete. I only have two more inside illustrations to finish before the art side of the book is complete. All that's really left at this point is formatting for kindle and paperback. I will have a few touch ups done with a graphic arts program. I like the feel of my hand drawn illustrations so I'll keep the graphic art touch ups to a minimum. Happy Reading!!!

Chapter book almost finished!
The chapter book I've been working on is being edited. I've finished drawing the front cover image. The chapter book should be back from the editor within a week. I've already started on the inside illustrations. The chapter book should be on the market in about two months. I'm very excited about the book. I think kids will really like it. The age range for this book is from 7-10. Sometimes it can be tricky to pick the exact age range for a chapter book. The message in the book is for all ages. Happy Reading!

Humor in unusual packages!
Humor is very subjective. My books are full of humor. I read through my reviews just the other night and could help but notice the diversity. What's outlandishly funny to one person is completely moronic to another person. My books are over the top in everyway. My characters are big and loud. My stories are outlandish. You can't fit my writing style into a neat box. My writing is out the roof. If you want to read something that is unlike anything you've ever read give one of my books a shot. Happy Reading!!!

Chapter book for kids in the works!
I'm taking a short break from my YA novel. I'm on my second draft with that book. I'm taking the break so that I can go back to my YA novel with new eyes and a fresh mind. Taking a break after the first or second draft has always been good thing for me. I'm still being productive during my break. To stay productive during my break I decided to write and illustrate a chapter book for kids. It's going to come in around 5,000 to 6,000 words. It's a really fun book and I think kids are going to love it. I've had the idea for a chapter book for a while. The age range for my chapter book is 6 years old and up. Think magic tree house. It will be a very humorous book for kids and it will teach a very important lesson. It shouldn't take me long to finish it. I'm already exited about going back to writing on my YA novel in a few months. Happy Reading!!!

First draft of my Young Adult book is in the rear view mirror!
I'm into the second draft of my YA novel. I'm really hoping to have it finished in the next six to seven months. The first draft came in at little over 70,000 words. As an author you always have this fear that you wrote something utterly stupid. The way I get over it is to just keep on writing. I love to write. My YA novel is really out there. I figure it's either going to be something really special or it's going to miss the mark totally. I have a wild writing style. Some people really dig what I write and some people don't. The good news is I can live with that. Happy Reading!

Young Adult Novel! Crazy vs.Crazier
I'm freewheeling big time with my new young adult novel. If you've read any of my other books you know how far I'm willing to go to get a laugh. Amongst the craziness in this book I'm still trying to build a solid story so as to keep it believable. I never played it safe with any of my other four books and I'm defiantly not playing it safe with my new young adult comedy. The only inner debate have when I'm writing is should the next scene in the book be crazy or crazier. I'm all about the laugh. The funny thing is when I write a book I still like to have some underlining positivity or good message that will reach my readers. Anyway I love to write and I hope my books are evidence of that. Happy reading and have a great holiday season!

Putting my heart into the Young Adult Novel
I'm a writing manic right now. My writing seems similar to a stream of consciousness. I'm closing in on the first draft. The revision part of the novel writing process will start by the end of the month or sooner. I'm just letting my thoughts and creativity pour out of me without holding back. No rules, no second guessing, no excuses, just my fingers dancing on the keyboard trying to produce something grand. Wish me well!!! Happy Reading!

Young Adult Comedy-Coming Soon!
I'm right in the middle of a creative world wind. The YA comedy I'm working on is full steam ahead right now. I'm deep in the creative process. I'm also working on the front cover art work. It's a pleasure each day to be able to sit down and write on a book that I'm having so much fun with. It's a zany and crazy story, which is why I'm having so much fun creating it. Looking forward to hearing what others think of the book. Happy Reading! T. E. Antonino

"Croaked." What have I gotten myself into!
I have to admit when I wrote "Croaked," I felt there would be a mixed reaction to it, and I was right. It's similar to a stand-up comedian. Some people laugh, some people really laugh, some people don't get it, and some people think the comedian is plain stupid. I have had all of those reactions to "Croaked." I tried to blend two different genres, which at it's very best is highly risky. I think I achieved what I set out to do: write something that would be different-- genre speaking and humor wise. It has been fascinating to see the ratings and reviews. I'm glad I wrote "Croaked." I saw the storm clouds coming before I finished this odd little story. Happy Reading!

"The Willy-Nilly Forest."
I'm putting the finishing touches on a children's book I co-authored with my editor. The title of the book is "The Willy-Nilly Forest." If I self-publish the book it will be out within the next 6 months or sooner. I may try and go the traditional publishing route and if I that works out it will take longer for the book to be available for purchase. I will be doing the art work on the front cover and chapter illustrations.
