In Case You’re Wondering . . . Photo 2
. . . why therere no blog articles this week, its because I got miscalculated my return date to the U.S. and wound up short. Ursula and I just made it back into Los Angeles after over a month in Oceana. That includes four days on Rarotonga of the Cook Islands and a 34-night circumnavigation cruise around the continent of Australia with a side trip to New Zealand. We were also supposed to make port in Bali, but no one was allowed off the ship for obvious reasons.

Repositioning South — Kennedy Space Center Part 2
Full Saturn V assembly and Apollo Mission logos
Today were just going to mosey around the Race to the Moon: Apollo/Saturn V Center at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. There are many Apollo artifacts here to see, such as the actual Apollo 14 command module:

Repositioning South — Kennedy Space Center Part 1

Apollo Firing Theater
While our journey aboard the Royal Caribbean ship Adventure of the Seas may have started off in Quebec as a fall foliage cruise, it was never meant to remain so. This was also a repositioning cruise, as Adventure of the Seas need to get to its winter season port of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. So, after a couple of days at the bridge table, we arrived at Port Canaveral, Florida. Ursula already had our excursion planned out for this stop — Kennedy Space...

Fall Foliage Cruise — New Brunswick; St. Martins Sea Caves and Lunch
St. Martins Sea Caves at high tide
Another place we visited twice this day was the area of the St. Martins Sea Caves. As with previous places we visited twice, the purpose was for Diane Howarth of Go Fundy Tours to show us the same location at both low and high tide. The other purpose for our visit here was lunch, which we’ll get to shorty. But first, let’s take a look at the caves during that morning’s low tide:

Fun Photo Friday — New Brunswick Favorites 3
Lighthouse and Covered Bridge
Time for Part 3 of New Brunswick Fun Photo Friday favorites. With the exception of the above shot, today it’s all about the color:

This next shot is a fun one because at first glance it appears to be one of those manipulated images in which the subject is left in color while the rest of the image is converted to monochrome. But that’s not the case here. All colors throughout the image were left intact:
