Tracy Fischer is the mother of two sons, Jon and Alex, and is married to her high school sweetheart, Chris, who continues to make her laugh every day. Their days are kept busy by the intricacies of learning fifth-grade math, trying to keep up with the newest Pokemon sagas and struggling in and out of perpetually wet snow pants and boots. The family still makes their home in Wisconsin, where only the strong survive, with their dogs, Annie, Bailey and Nora, orange tabby cat, Sunny and the various other animals that show up on their doorstep.
