My books are geared toward upper elementary and middle school but are enjoyed by a wide range of readers.

I live in Wisconsin and enjoy weightlifting, hiking, reading, and spending time with my family and my cat.

I offer interactive school visits where kids have fun re-enacting Ice Age creatures. We also cover the writing and publishing process.

Read this in high school and really enjoyed it. Reread years later and not so much. Great book for younger readers.

Very engaging beginning. The middle wavered a bit, making me question if the author would completely sidestep the moral/ethical issues inherent in the story. These were addressed to a degree in the latter half of the book. Overall, a solid story with ...more
