I’ve never been big on flags & fireworks (unless my dad was around ;->)! I always knew there lurked underneath this shell of optimism, tolerance & compassion, a shadow side. People who, because of their ignorance, don’t like their brown-skinned neighbor or the Lesbian co-worker. $th of July always reminded me that those people, the haters. They who call us haters – know nothing about how deep our love & passion for not only our countrymen, but for all the people of the world, runs so deep that we cry when they cry. We hurt when they hurt. Most of us are doing fine ourselves, but we want EVERYONE to be doing fine. It is possible! We must KNOW & REMEMBER THAT! Our day will come.

I just hope you all were upset with Ted Nugent AND EVEN Trump himself when he wished Obama dead! And put up pics of him being burned, lynched, etc. They even posted a pic of a monkey saying it was Obama. All I can say is: KARMA IS A BITCH! Trump is one of the most hateful people this country has ever seen AND NOW with Russia’s help, he is occupying the highest position in the land! I don’t wish Trump dead cuz I want hime to LIVE A LONG LIFE IN PRISON!

What words were hateful? Please tell me cuz I can’t see it. I see hatefulness in your words to me though. I love ALL Americans, esp. the ones who have been forgotten about: the homeless & veterans (who are often one & the same). I care about the children who can’t fight for themselves so need protection. I care about people with cancer, AIDS, Diabetes, etc. I care that our country takes care of these people because no one deserves to be thrown away like they are garbage. The people elected this president…. and it’s the constitution of the USA that protects him from all hate crimes against him.
