Body Talk- Covid-19
Since I predicted a health crisis caused by a new bacteria and a breakdown in health care in 2020, many have been asking me about the future of the virus.
Much of what now occurs is dependent on our actions. The future is a work in progress and especially at times of chaos we are creating what happens next.
With that said I have been given some general updates by my guides.
I’ve talked with the virus and it is a frantic, lost and an uncontrollable energy. It is hungry and searching for something, but not gaining any energy by attacking us. Despite what it looks like it is not getting stronger as a virus. It is actually wearing itself out. It has spurts of high intense activity and this is what we are going to see in the future. Areas of the county and world, where it escalates and takes off, until it runs out of steam and begins to die out.
We will likely see an up and down and an escalation of cases through June-July. Then its going to start to crash in July- early August, which could be rapid.
There will be increased treatments that begin to show some promise.
One that has to do with a drug that slows the virus’s ability to multiplying in the body. Other treatments that work to heal and prevent the disease will be more holistic, such as Vitamin C intravenous infusions and other homeopathic type and vitamin, herbal combinations. Strengthening your body through foods such as nuts and seeds, sprouted beans, vegetables and fruits is essential and lots of water
I know that this might seem a bit nutty, but my guides recommend that we all take some quiet time and talk to our bodies. When the virus enters our system, it doesn’t always recognize it as dangerous until it has already begun to multiply.
Imagine and visualize your immune system on alert to the virus and holding a strong defense as soon as it enters. See the immune system quickly isolating the virus and starving it, before it has a chance to invade the cells. Thank your immune system for its protection and send it a lot of love.
This virus is frantic and fearful and it’s important to keep loving and having compassion for ourselves and others. This strengthens the body and helps it to become more aware of this frantic virus when it comes into our system. When we are in fear and feel powerless, the body has a harder time detecting the virus.
It’s not an accident that you are here at this time. It is a perfect opportunity for Self-Soul Mastery. Have a conversation with your body, visualize the virus dying out and love. Say No, to what is not in your highest good. Even if you are fearful of letting go, now is the time to come out of denial and step into your power.

Change is Here
On Jan. 1, I posted on facebook a list of some predictions for 2020. My guides always help me with this and when I found myself typing out that we would have a health crisis with new bacterias, I was surprised, but not really
We have collectively been moving at an intense pace. Driven by materialism and at times, showing a callous disregard for living beings, both human in the natural world. It felt inevitable that something would come along to shake us up.
Of course, there are many who are awake to the affects of the relentless materialistic momentum. Those of us who are, may have struggled with feelings of powerlessness in not being able to stem the tide and influence larger scale change and transformation.
As much as we would like to lay blame on China and bats or other causes for the virus we are confronting, we owe it to ourselves and others, to take this both personally and celestially.
Just as we don’t have a cure for the virus at this time, we don’t have the answers to the significance of what is occurring. However. we are being forced to take a step back and slow down.
The ability to see things differently and gain insight into ourselves, is made easier when we are forced out of our comfort zone. When our routines and confidence in what the day will bring starts to crumble, we are more vulnerable and open. During this time of upheaval, listen within and ask for insight into what this health crisis is teaching you. What might you need to become more aware of about yourself and others?
If you find yourself gripped with fear and stress, breathe and go within. Recognize that you have never really had the ability to control the world as much as you may have thought. There is and always has been a higher presence and power that is guiding you. Feel the warmth and love of your physical and spirit friends and family.
On the spiritual path, we know that everything that occurs can teach us something and lead us further along on our soul’s evolutionary journey. Both the difficult and challenging and the joyful and positive, has a gift for us.
When I ask my guides for insight and guidance, they remind me that we are all confronting a choice. Change is happening and we can either let go into it or resist and struggle. Letting go does not mean we will get tossed around by the surrounding chaos. Instead it is a release into the current of the one power which is always steering you into your highest good.
Let’s not just aim to just get back to normal. We will develop a vaccine, the virus will become less of a threat, the stock market will rise, we will go back to school, work, restaurants, the gym and all the other activities that keep us focused in the physical world.
For now, choose to take care of yourself and others. If you are socially isolating in your home, take a walk, and notice the sprouting buds and pale green shoots of Spring. Read the books you’ve been meaning to get too. Go through your closets and give away what you no longer wear or use. Learn a new language. Play with your children and reach out to friends through the phone or internet.
If you have a family member, friend or know of someone suffering with the virus, reach out and ask what you can do. If you yourself are suffering with ill health, reach out to others and ask for love, support, prayers and healing. Don’t forget there is power in prayer and sending love and healing. As we do this for all that suffer and are in fear, it elevates the collective vibration.
Remember that there are many in health care and other professionals that are working hard day and night to bring relief to other’s suffering. Send them love and find a way to let them know that they are appreciated.
Let’s envision a better world and a more loving way of being. Add to the collective good by having compassion for yourself and others. When you look back at this time, let the service, renewal and soul advancement that you attained, warm your heart and soul.
Here is the facebook predictions that was posted on Jan. 1 2020.

Feeling Isolated? Try Telepathy
If you are practicing social distancing and isolation, you might be feeling a little adrift and lonely. This might be a great time to practice and brush up on your intuitive skills. There are no barriers, boundaries or viruses in high vibration energy. You can reach out to others and get all close, warm and cozy.
You might want to do the following exercise with a friend or family member. Remember it’s always a good idea to get permission from another before you do telepathy. If you cant ask for this in the physical. Say a prayer and ask for permission from another’s higher mind. If you feel blocked or it’s simply not working to connect with them through telepathy, this is a sure sign that they are not onboard. If this happens, move on.
This exercise and more information about telepathy and other intuitive psychic abilities are in my book You Are Psychic. Happy Intuiting!
Everyday Telepathy
Telepathy is a common form of communication between people who know one another well. Our thoughts intermingle with other’s thoughts on a daily basis and we rarely notice or pay much attention to it. As you become more aware of telepathic communication, it is possible to focus on an individual and receive their thoughts. This is possible with those who you are in relationship with and with others who you do not know as well or at all.
To practice telepathy, find a quiet space and become quiet. Take a few deep breaths and relax. When you feel calm, imagine an image of the person who you would like to communicate with and say their name. You may not see a clear image of the person and this is fine, the exercise still works.
Send a thought message to this person asking permission to communicate with his or her higher mind. Continue to breathe and relax.
Ask this person a question through a thought message. Make it a simple question asking him or her about their thoughts regarding a specific event, issue or topic. Think and focus on the message than imagine sending it to their higher mind.
Breathe, be patient, wait and listen. The intuitive thoughts you receive will most likely feel as if they are your own. However, an intuitive thought is even toned, matter of fact and a concise statement. To discern a telepathic from your own thought, use the same criteria that describes claircognizant and clairaudient thoughts. (for more on this check out the book: You Are Psychic)
Once you have received a telepathic thought, you can continue to ask questions, one at a time. Then be patient and wait for a response. If you have patiently waited for a response and do not receive one, it may be that the person who you are tuning into does not want to communicate. This is through no fault of yours, we all have free will and some decline to intuitively communicate. If you are not sure what is happening, try communicating with someone else.
It is best keep these sessions short to reduce confusion and mental exhaustion. Too much intuitive going back and forth can weaken the telepathic connection.
Once you have completed this telepathic conversation, send the person who you have been communicating with a white ball of cleansing love energy. Imagine white light filling their mind and body. Then imagine a pure ray of white light filling your mind and discharging any thoughts, feelings and energy that is not in your highest good.

Raise Your Vibration!
The process of attuning our mind, emotions, body and spirit to the energy of pure, wise and loving divine presence is often referred to as raising our vibration. The higher your vibration, the easier it is to psychically receive accurate and helpful guidance. Fear, negativity and similar emotions and states of mind, vibrate at a lower dimension. When we receive psychic energy information through lower vibrations it is more likely to invoke fear and confusion and be inaccurate. As we connect and align our consciousness with high vibration energy, we are naturally protected from lower energies and psychic interference.
We can only psychically receive energy information at our level of consciousness. Higher consciousness awareness embodies the divine attributes of love, compassion, kindness and wisdom. As our consciousness ascends to these higher levels, it becomes easier to psychically receive and connect through clear vision and with long range accurate psychic information.
It is important to raise your vibration before engaging in psychic work. However, this practice can be done on a daily basis as integrating higher levels of intuitive awareness into your everyday life, is the optimum. Not only will your psychic abilities increase in strength and accuracy, you will be happier and experience more inner peace. Some of the benefits of raising your vibration include, improved mental clarity, an increase in your personal power, increased physical health and rapid healing of illness and other physical aliments.
There are many ways to raise your vibration. Here are a few.
Practice meditation on a daily meditation basis. Even if you only have only five or ten minutes, tuning inward, focusing on the breath and listening to your spirit can make a significant difference.
Spend time in nature. If you live in the city, suburbs or are not able to be in a natural setting, look out the window at the sky, stars and clouds. Sit on a porch or deck, watch the birds and squirrels or tune in the energy of the trees.
Be grateful. It can be helpful to have a daily practice either in the morning or evening of recognizing and having gratitude for three things that you experienced in the past twenty-four hours.
Notice beauty. Beauty is an attribute of the divine. Spiritual beauty is not necessarily the same as what society deems as beautiful. The smile of a child, a cat sitting in the sun, a home cooked meal and other simple occurrences, all radiate beauty.
Be kind. Smile, forgive, do not react to a provocation, let go of defensiveness and give someone the benefit of the doubt. These are all acts of kindness.
Go on an electronic fast. Turn off your phone, television, computer or music for a specific amount of time.
Eat fresh, raw foods and drink water.
One of the most effective ways of raising your vibration and accelerating your psychic development, is to pay attention to your thoughts. Interrupt the cycle of mind chatter and negative self talk. When you encounter fear based, negative, critical or judgmental thoughts, let them go. Acknowledge them and then choose to think a different thought. Replace negative or fear based thoughts with a positive reinforcing statement.
For instance, imagine that you find yourself thinking thoughts such as: “I don’t know what is wrong with me. I know I am going to be disappointed” or “Last time I tried that I failed miserably, I am not going to take that chance again”
You can choose to counteract these negative thought with more positive ones.
For instance, “I value my individuality and like doing things my way. I know everything will work out for my highest good or I learn a lot by trying new things. I am grateful that life is always providing me with new opportunities.”
The first statements, lower your vibration and drag you down. The second statements are more motivating and focuses on the good feelings. They raise your vibration and open you to positive energy.
Releasing negative emotions with positive one quickly raises our vibration. Instead of ignoring and suppressing uncomfortable emotions, let yourself feel them. As you do this, they dissipate. However difficult it may feel to let your feelings surface, it causes more harm to stuff them down and ignore them. Your emotions do not define you, they are simply feelings. They come and go. You are not your anger, fear, frustration or grief. As you feel your emotions and let them go, you make room for the higher vibrations of love and compassion to fill you.
Do more of what bring you joy. If you are not sure how to generate feelings of happiness, try different things. Gravitate toward the feels good.
Help others. Be of service and give and let others be there for you.
Trust your intuition and act on your innermost truth.

Three Ways Our Body Talks to Us
True health emerges from within. At its most minute level, our physical body is a collection of energy and vibrating cells, each one infused with life force energy and intelligence. These cells communicate with one another, helping to keep our mind, body and spirit in optimum health. When we open our awareness and become receptive, we can consciously intuit this wisdom and knowing
Although everyone is intuitive, many disregard their natural intuitive tendencies. We do this in part because we tend to have a preconceived idea of what it means to be psychic or intuitive. If we don’t receive clear and vivid images or hear easy to understand comprehensives health information, our rational thinking self may question and doubt that we have the ability to access and understand the complexity of our physical body and all of its intricacies. However our natural intuition lies beyond the confines of logical thoughts and can receive and interpret the important and useful, mind, body and spirit energy information that is constantly broadcast our way.
Our energy body, which includes, our mind, heart, physical self and our spirit continually sends and receives messages. We’re just not always consciously aware of them. It’s easy to talk ourselves out of trusting inner insight and messages that don’t seem to have any definitive validity. Our day to day concerns might also drown out the inner voice or we may confuse intuitive messages as random mind chatter and ignore them.
To better hone in on valuable intuitive information, it can be helpful to start a conversation with our inner self. You don’t have to be an expert intuitive or a mystical being to listen to your heart, mind and physical body
To Listen, Try This:
To become better at listening to your inner self, you may want to begin by getting into a comfortable position in a quiet place. Inhale and exhale a few deep cleansing and relaxing breaths. Try to clear your mind of any expectations of what or how your energy body will communicate and be open to surprises.
As you relax and breathe, focus on an area of pain, tightness, ache or area of concern in your body and inwardly ask, “What is the pain, (stress, tightness, concern, etc.) trying to tell me?”
Breathe and patiently listen.
Here are a few of the most common ways that your energy self may respond.
Emotions
One of the most common ways that our body conveys insights and healing information to us is through our emotions. Often times, it is not words, images, or thoughts that initially surfaces. Instead deeper awareness comes through our feelings and emotions, some of which can be subtle and understated, or intense and even overwhelming. Allowing repressed feelings and emotions to surface is one of the most effective ways to heal, and revitalize the body, mind and spirit. Behind ever ache and pain, aliment, discomfort and feelings of vitality and wellness, there is emotional energy. Unexpressed, stuffed away or unconscious emotion, will at some point, manifest in our body as an ache, pain, discomfort or illness, unless we release it. As we focus our attention on our body and begin to communicate and listen to it, repressed emotional energy bubbles up to the surface and as we feel it, we let it go.
As emotions and feelings are nudged from their hiding place, we begin to feel what we may not have been able to feel in the past. Repressed emotions tend to surface in the same intensity as when they were first experienced. We have a natural tendency to not want to feel uncomfortable feelings. So when difficult feelings begin to emerge, we may shift into this unconscious pattern and again push our feelings down in order to not feel them. Become aware if you are slipping into this response and allow yourself to feel and acknowledge them.
You don’t need to know the exact event or when and why these emotions were initially repressed and stuffed down. This information may intuitively surface. However if it doesn’t, you still cleanse and clear the blocked emotional energy. Resist the temptation to overthink and focus on the past. Take a deep breath and stay in the intuitive process of allowing yourself to feel. It is through feeling what has been repressed and stuck that we heal.
Intuitive Thoughts
Have you ever had a persistent thought or inwardly heard an intuitive health related message? When I did a health scan with Lisa, it was clear that she was having a difficult time digesting dairy. There was excessive mucus in her body which was slowing down her digestion and creating the perfect habitat for bacteria. When I brought this up to her, she was not surprised.
“For a while now I have been getting the inner message to stop eating dairy,” she said. “I guess I didn’t want to believe that this was really a problem. I love cheese and don’t want to give it up.”
Our energy body often communicates to us through a sense of knowing, thoughts and through hearing inner messages. When we spontaneously receive an intuitive thought or insight about our health, we often ignore it. Sometimes we don’t want to change our habits or diet and at other times we don’t trust what we receive. We might also assume that an intuitive thought is self-generated, we are over-thinking or the message is simply our imagination at work.
To better identify and trust these messages, here are some pointers.
Intuitive thoughts have a consistent and calm quality. They return over and over in the same, detached, yet steady manner. Mind chatter incites emotion and can make us feel unsettled or excited. Intuitive thoughts are more matter of fact and neutral feeling.
Intuitive thoughts are persistent and usually steady in vibration. They will not always jump out at you or initially seem important. You may hear words, phrases, sentences or intuit a complete knowing and understanding in a particular area of your health. Even when an intuitive thought entails a more urgent concern, it is usually steady, simple and neutral feeling.
Synchronicities and Dreams
Sometimes we do our best to begin a dialogue with an ache, pain or physical concern, but we just don’t seem to receive a response. While our energy body always replies to our request to communicate, it may not do so when we want it to or in a way that we expect. Be patient with yourself and pay attention to the thoughts and emotions that surface long after you have asked for insights and deeper awareness.
The response might also come later through synchronicities and dreams. Our energy body has clever ways of getting us the answers that we seek. Synchronicities are an unusual and fascinating form of mind, body, spirit intuitive communication. After intuitively opening yourself to energy information, pay attention to any interesting coincidences. For instance, if you hear the name of health practitioner or other professional, a service or practice, or the title of a book, more than once or in a striking manner, pay attention and investigate. Synchronicities that involve certain foods, advice or random remarks from friends or family, plans falling through or unexpected opportunities coming your way, are also forms of intuitive messages.
Sometimes valuable insights and information comes to us through our dreams. When we sleep, the conscious mind is no longer active and this allows our intuitive awareness to surface. At times dreams tell us what we need to know in a straight forward way. I’ve had clients tell me that their dreams have indicated such things as, specific foods to eat or eliminate and medical tests or treatments that have proven to be healing and valuable.
However the meaning of our dreams is not always obvious. Helpful health insights and guidance might be more symbolic, figurative and metaphoric. Along with the action and images, pay attention to the emotional energy within the dream. The stuffed down emotions that are creating disharmony in our mind, body and spirit, may surface in our dreams to be released.
Dream language is subjective and its always best to trust our intuitive gut and heart when interpreting a dream’s meaning. However there are a few common symbols that can be indicators of health and wellbeing. For instance, water is often symbolic of our physical, emotional and spiritual energy. I’ve had many dreams of lakes, the ocean and a few times, of fish tanks. When there is murky water or water draining or dripping, I take this as a sign that I’m pushing too hard and and in need of rest. Dreams of water hoses, taking a shower or bath, swimming in a dark pool of water or in a tumultuous ocean, often contain health messages. The amount of water in a dream, its translucence or cloudiness and its calm or turbulent state may indicate fluctuating energy levels, the need to detox, dehydration or issues with the lymphatic system.
Dreams of fire, electrical power lines, digging a hole, mud, an ambulance, medical equipment, hospitals, explosions, lightning and a hungry baby can be red flag warnings of to pay attention to our our health and well-being. Dreams that foretell healing and physical revitalization often contain positive symbols like, flowers blooming, clear skies or water, sunlight, calm seas, puppies, rainbows and pregnancy.
The important role that intuition can play in our health and wellbeing is becoming increasingly more accepted. Just as we have become more conscious of the role that our diet, exercise and our emotions and thoughts play in healing and creating optimum health, we are also beginning to collectively listen to and become aware of the value of intuitive health messages.

Are You Absorbing Other’s Energy?
Some of the more puzzling sensations that we may experience come in the form of physical symptoms that appear to be connected to our health.
While it may be energizing, to take on the positive and healthy vibes of another, absorbing unhealthy and problematic physical energy is confusing and potentially unhealthy. Those with a high degree of physical intuition are susceptible to absorbing the physical energy of a co-worker, family member, friend and even the energy of those who they encounter on a daily basis. Although we are more likely to absorb the aches and pains of those who we are emotionally and/or physically close to, it is possible to pick up the energy of another while riding the subway or while in a meeting at work.
Discovering The Source
If you find yourself suddenly experiencing a headache, back pain, an upset stomach, unexplained pain or other physical discomfort, you may be experiencing another’s physical issues. Not all unexplained and sudden aches and pains come from others. However, if your health suddenly changes after being with another who is ill or in pain or if a physical symptom feels off, you may need to further investigate the source of these feelings.
To intuitively tune into the source of your physical pain or unexplained symptoms sit quietly and listen within. Take a few relaxing breaths and draw your attention to the area where you are experiencing pain for discomfort. Dialogue with this area, then pause and listen.
Here are a couple questions you may want to ask.
Does this physical discomfort originate from within?
Did I absorb it from another?
It is important to take time to listen and be patient. At times there will be a quick direct intuitive response and at other times, understanding the message takes longer. You body may also communicate to your through your dreams or through synchronisities. Simply paying attention and listening to your physical intuitive sensations increases the free flow of intuitive communication with your body.
Further Communication with Your Body
Pain that does not abate, even when you are no longer in an environment where others may be ill or in pain and discomfort and pain that does not seem to be related to another, is likely coming from within self. Seek medical attention and continue to intuitively communicate with the body.
If you feel that the physical pain or symptoms that you are experiencing are related to your health, talk to you body. Discomfort and pain is one of the ways that the body communicates with us and sends us messages. If you have physical symptoms or pain that you would like to better understand and begin to heal, here are a few questions to begin the dialogue.
What can I do to heal?
What is this pain trying to tell me?
What thought, belief or emotion is connected to this pain or discomfort?
Ask one question at a time, then pause and listen within. Be patient and keep in mind that the answer or response may come at a later time. Sometimes when we are overly focused on receiving intuitive information, we block it from naturally surfacing. Try to stay in a relaxed, curious and receptive mode.
Letting Go Of Absorbed Intuitive Energy
To release and let go of energy that you have unknowingly and intuitively absorbed into your body from another, take a few deep relaxing breaths and let go of any stress and tension.
Draw your attention to any inner disturbance, feeling, sensation or physical discomfort or pain that you feel you may have absorbed from another. Send compassion and love to this energy by imagining the sensation, headache, pain, etc. wrapped in white light. Allow the light to lift this energy out of the body and into a greater stream of white light energy.
You can further heal yourself and another by visualizing a white light ball of love energy and compassion. Imagine sending it to the person or situation that generated this discomfort. You do not need to know where or who it came from. Ask that it goes back to its source as positive energy.
Keep your heart open to love.

Do you Hear? What I Hear?
Clairaudience is the ability to inwardly hear intuitive messages. Clairaudient thoughts may sound and feel like your own inner voice. Only rarely do they sound as if they are coming from someone else or an outer source. We all talk to ourselves. Sometimes our self-talk is spoken aloud, but usually we silently and inwardly talk to ourselves. Just as some thoughts are self-generated and some thoughts embody psychic energy information, some of our inner self talk is ego based and some of what we inwardly hear contains psychic energy information.
If you wonder about the difference between a clairaudient message and your own thoughts here are some pointers. Clairaudient messages are never negative, judgmental or critical of who we are or of others. They also do not put us on a pedestal and tell us that we are better or more worthy than others. These kinds of thoughts and messages are from the ego and the unconscious. Instead, clairaudient messages are subtle, even toned and informative. They are positive, affirmative and lead to our highest good. Clairaudient messages may be personal and lovingly guide us through our day to day affairs. For instance, they may whisper to us to avoid certain situations or people, inform us of what route to take to a destination or what kind of foods to eat. Caring for our best interests in every area of our lives, clairaudient thoughts can help us to feel watched over and taken care of.

Welcome the Unexpected and Unknown
We’ve all had those times in our lives when the unexpected comes our way. This might be in the form of meeting a potential love interest, a compelling opportunity at work, finding our dream home or other unforeseen possibilities. However, sometimes the unexpected shows up in a more paranormal or psychic way. For instance, I have a client who never had a previous interest in unexplained phenomena suddenly wake one night to a white shadowy figure standing over her bed. A mother of two, came to see me not too long ago after dreaming of a catastrophic event that took place in another country. Two days later while watching the news, she learned that the event she dreamt of occurred that morning, just as in her dream.
For those who have never gotten their feet wet in the psychic waters and claim to never have had a paranormal experience, the topic of psychic phenomena can inspire such things as laughter, doubt and fear. It might also be met with curiosity, questions and a desire for proof. However, all of this changes once we’ve had a personal psychic experience of some kind. When the odd and unexpected stirs the heart, mind and soul, psychic awareness is no longer a distant and abstract concept to be debated or ignored. It is a force, an energy and a part of us.
If we haven’t given much thought to the possibilities of paranormal events, a psychic occurrence can rattle and shake us to the core. The very real possibility that reality is not what we have thought it to be, can be confusing and disorienting. For some, like myself, awakening to the mystifying and unusual is gradual and occurs over a series of events and strange encounters.
In my situation I was psychic from a young age. However even through I had been able to see and communicate with my sister and other family members who had passed over, I was unprepared for the surge in psychic awareness that occurred as I got a bit older. Without warning or effort, I spontaneously saw and heard spirits and was able to communicate with many of them. I knew information and had insights into people and situations that I had no previous knowledge of. Some of what I intuited was minor and had little significance. However some of what came to me, involved more worldly events and dramatic insights into people and situations of more potential importance.
At the same time that my psychic senses were coming into full bloom, my dysfunctional family was imploding. By the age of seventeen I was on my own, broke and trying to navigate my way through both the physical and spiritual worlds. For the next several years, I crisscrossed the country by bus, train, and hitchhiking in search of answers. My journey to finding a home, work and understanding what was psychically happening to me took me to unusual places, where I met equally unusual people and the spirits who unknowingly accompanied them. At times loneliness, homelessness and the sense of being odd and different, was almost crippling. Gradually I became more comfortable with the ever-present spirits that seemed to always be with me and accepted their guidance and at times warnings, with more gratitude.
I now know that what was happening in my life, was part a greater archetypal awakening that many experience. Not everyone’s experience is as dramatic as mine. Yet, sooner or later something comes along that shakes us out of our complacency, insisting that there is more to life than what we might have thought.
When the unknown arrives begging to be known, pay attention. Awe-inspiring psychic and paranormal breakthroughs can be mild or earth shattering. For instance, you may experience a spontaneous intuitive knowing about another person that proves to be true or sense or feel that a loved one who is on the other side, is close. A warm loving touch on the shoulder or a heart-felt assurance that everything will be okay during a time of need, feels convincingly other worldly. Perhaps the unexpected comes to you through knowing without knowing how you know that the company that you work for will be bought-out in the coming year.
Sometimes the unexpected comes to our door with a bigger bang. We move into a new house and begin to see what appears to be shadowy figures walking down the halls at night. There are strange noises and objects that seem to move on their own from room to room. Perhaps the unknown comes in the form of a series of coincidences that foretell the future. For instance, you notice a hawk sitting on a branch outside of your bedroom window. While at work, you look out the window and notice what appears to be the same hawk, watching you. Your interest is perked and you wonder if there is some kind of message that someone or something is trying to tell you. A day later you receive a phone call from a former boyfriend who tells you that he wants to reconcile. Within a few months you make plans to move across the county to be with him. As you contemplate leaving your home and current job, you notice the hawk calmly watching you from outside of your window. It occurs to you that maybe the persistent hawk isn’t just a random coincidence, but perhaps is a messenger guiding you into a new life.
When the mystifying, paranormal or unexpected comes our way, we often think we have a choice. We might believe that we can ignore, dismiss or disregard what is happening or we can accept it and see where we are led. However when a paranormal visitor comes knocking, we must open the door. Don’t try to convince yourself that you are imagining things or that what you are experiencing is an odd, but random, chance occurrence that has no significance. Even if you don’t feel particularly interested or inclined toward inviting the paranormal into your life, it has arrived. In some way you are ready, you may not know it, but your soul does and it’s calling you toward greater evolution and awareness.
Although my own journey to experiencing, understanding and harnessing the psychic awareness that erupted in my life was at times shrouded in darkness and overwhelming, I wouldn’t change anything about it. While the winding path that I traveled made no sense at the time, my life transformed in positive and exciting ways beyond what my human capacity could achieve on its own. Something was guiding me that knew exactly what it was doing and even in the bleakest moments, I drew comfort from the unknown.
When we resist accepting and learning from the unexpected and often startling experiences that spontaneously flow into our life, we regret it. The calling to open and explore new horizons and the unexplainable has its root in our own soul. To be fully alive we must constantly challenge and surpass our self-imposed beliefs of who we are and what life is. Even when what we confront makes no sense and seems wildly bizarre or ridiculous, it has a gift. It may not be evident, but when we accept the journey, new worlds teeming with knowledge and wisdom open to us.
We need psychic awareness. Not simply to know what is coming our way or to make good decisions and improve our lives, but to know who we are, what we are capable of and to activate the true potential of our humanness. Like a match that ignites a fire or a star that lights the dark sky, psychic energy sparks our awareness and perception. It lights a way for us to shift from the mundane and finite to the spiritual and eternal.

Here is My Story
I’ve always been uncomfortable about sharing my past. I’ve given little snippets in my books about how I came to be a psychic and medium, but have been reluctant to delve into the challenges that were a part of my psychic beginnings. Even when innocently asked by curious clients and friends, I’ve kept my journey stuffed away deep within myself.
A year ago or so ago while driving and singing along to my favorite music, I was interrupted by a stronger than usual intuitive nudge. A shiver of electricity like energy moved up my spine and I heard an inner whisper.
“Its time to share your story.”
I immediately knew that the story my spirit guides were referencing had to do with the difficulties I confronted when I was young, homeless and overwhelmed with psychic experiences. Just the thought of conjuring up the memories of this time and sharing it with others made me nervous and a little shaky. To my guides disappointment I sent them the message that this was an interesting idea and I would think about it.

I tried to put the idea of writing about my past into the “maybe one day” pile, but it didn’t go into a state of slumber easily. My heart surged with the deep recognition that I had a story to tell and that it might help others.
As I began to write, I realized that part of my hesitation about bringing my past up from the dark depths of my being came from feelings of unworthiness and shame. My inner seventeen year old blamed herself for the rejection and troubles that I had experienced. The young me thought that maybe it was my inadequacies and inherent strangeness that had made my life feel overwhelmingly confusing and difficult.
Now, after many years of being a professional psychic, medium and teacher, I see things differently. I now know that we all experience varying degrees of upheaval in our lives. It is often during the most trying times that we come into the full awareness of our inner strength and the powerful energy of our soul. Everyone is called into new experiences and self-awareness in their own unique way. We each have our own story and it is part of the sacred thread that runs through all of who we are, creating the intricate fabric of our life.
Unforeseen and challenging circumstances are more than simple bad luck or the result of poor choices. They are often a call from the divine within and the wisdom beyond our conscious knowing. Difficulties often come forward to activate and encourage our greater self to step into our purpose and to heal, love and give of ourselves to others and to ourselves.
Intuitive and spiritual awareness is often part of our journey into greater self knowing. Psychic awareness is our soul’s messenger and as we open to and trust what unexpectedly comes our way, we are often guided in ways that defy explanation. Even in the darkest times, we are truly never alone. The mysterious whisper, intuition and heart felt knowing is like an invisible guiding hand, letting us know that powerful, loving and wise forces are present.

Calling All Empaths, Come out of Hiding
Maybe it’s the moon or maybe it’s just me, but lately I’ve noticed that I’m more reactive to what others say and do and to our general collective state of being. I’d like to say that I stay mostly calm and centered in what comes my way, however this isn’t the case. From my outer appearance you’d never know that I might be in the midst of experiencing an inner emotional upheaval.
It might also be that I’m feeling more because I invite my emotions to surface. I’m like an emotional whisperer. I encourage and call out my emotions from their hiding place, letting them know that they are welcome to the party of me. I want to fully feel everything that my curious complex self can stir up. I don’t want any bits of fear or sadness or excitement lying in wait, within me. Sinking into my bones and body and causing me unknown issues and confusion somewhere down the line.
As an intuitive and medical intuitive, I see the affect that our stuffed away emotions and beliefs can have on our health and our general well-being. Most illness is as a result of or triggered by what we don’t or can’t feel or acknowledge. Pain and intense emotions buried within, disrupts the natural flow of vital life force energy that we so need to stay healthy.
In addition to my emotions, I feel others feelings, often with the same intensity as I feel my own and they can be as confusing and disruptive as my own. Intense feelers like myself, are often referred to as empaths. An empath is generally considered to be a sensitive intuitive who absorbs emotional and mental energy from others and the environment. Empaths can often intuitively sense the true character of others and often seek to be of service or lovingly care for those in need.

There are a few vulnerabilities that are attributed to empaths These commonly include such things as loving too much, being easily taken advantage of, attracting narcissists and/or being prone to illness and anxiety. Empaths might also continually feel tired, especially when in the company of others and are said to be prone to addictions. They feel other’s stresses or illnesses and become overwhelmed by crowds or large gatherings.
If you too are intuitive and sensitive, it is essential to understand your need for self-care, alone time and how to let go and release unhealthy emotional and mental energy. We must have good boundaries and become aware of when others are expecting too much from us and when we are over feeling and giving. Too often, in our desire to be helpful and loving, we unknowingly absorb toxic or unwanted energy from others or the environment.
However, it’s not just those of us who are aware of our intuitive sensitivity that absorb energy, everyone does. This is our natural state of being. We feel and experience the energy, feelings and thoughts of others and our environment because we are energy beings, camouflaged in a physical shell. As we make our way through the day, our energy field intersects and connects with others and we often unknowingly absorb the energy surrounding us. Because energy exists outside of time and space, we can also be affected by and take in the energy of distant events and people, as well. Whatever provokes an emotional response within us, is capable of influencing and affecting us in ways that may not be healthy.
Unfortunately, most don’t recognize or believe that they are able to absorb and take in the emotional and mental energy of others and the environment. Some don’t think its possible, or they don’t perceive themselves as intuitively sensitive.
However, everyone is affected by the toxicity in our environment and the energy of others and many become ill, tired, anxious or aggressive because of it. Acts of violence both emotional and physical are not just because of one person’s sick soul, We live in a somewhat soulless culture and we are often unknowingly influenced by the predominant emotions and beliefs.
Those of us who are aware of our empathic sensitivity are better able to detect and protect ourselves from unhealthy energy and negativity. Unfortunately, not everyone is aware of their intuitive sensitivities and the toxic energy of others. Unable to acknowledge what they feel, they may become hardened, uncaring and/or unfeeling and begin to identify with the cruelty of the world. There’s no collective and societal guiding principles that supports the path of the heart. We don’t recognize our collective pain and those who express their emotional discontent and needs are often teased or thought of as weak and overly sensitive.
However, once we accept and embrace our intuitive sensitivity, we allow it the opportunity to fully blossom and become a strength. When we don’t shut down, ignore and go into denial, we can become more conscious of and absorb the higher vibrations of love and positivity. Being aware of our intuitive sensitivity can help us to recognize when we are at risk of taking on others energy and we can adopt boundaries that can keep us from becoming ill, overwhelmed, confused and exhausted. When we learn how to absorb the love of the heavens instead of the toxicity of the world, we are able to consciously feel the wounds and suffering of others and be compassionate and a source of healing.
If you are intuitively sensitive, please stop thinking you are weak and that you need to hide away or overly protect yourself. You are highly evolved and leading the way. Listen to your inner guidance and trust it to guide you to what is in your highest good. The world needs you and your advanced and powerful state of being.
In my new Book, You Are Psychic, there are exercises, tips, information and insights into how to safely intuit without absorbing and taking on other’s and the worlds- emotional energy, toxins and stuff. You can be psychic, free and healthy!
