Need:The Great Equalizer

People view psychic awareness and medium ability in all kinds of ways. For some, it is paranormal excitement and a break from the hum drum of everyday life. Others are mostly skeptical and need to have some kind of scientific proof in order to believe in anything outside of the parameters of the third dimension. Of course this kind of proof is never fully believed even when produced. A more metaphysical approach to psychic ability seeks to understand it through the lens of cutting edge physics and the deeper workings of the mysterious cosmos. For some it is a natural and normal way of being in the world. Many of us approach psychic energy through are a combination of all of these. Yet, whatever orientation you may have, when we confront personal loss, pain or when we struggle it all becomes very personal. We jump the barriers of our belief systems and look for answers where ever we can find them. Need is the great equalizer.

Many of the people who I work with are ready for this kind of leap into the unknown. Even though they may have never imagined that they would be consulting me. After having suffered loss, the unexpected death of a loved one or in the midst of crisis or simply looking for answers. People contact me when they need direction. I do my best to be completely present and provide the best possible reading. Receiving guidance from the loving and wise spiritual realm and your guides and angels can open new doors and possibilities. Just knowing that we are loved, known and cared for is healing and uplifting.

As a medium I work with people who have lost loved ones through illness, drug overdose, suicide, accidents and unknown causes. When their loved ones in spirit come forward and communicate to them through me, the full circle of life revels itself. Yet, even when we know that they are happy and alive in spirit, we still miss them and we still grieve their absence. Life can be beautiful, loving and wonderful, but it can also be painful, lonely and difficult. It is no one’s fault what hand we are dealt. The divine works through all things and orchestrates a mysterious plan for our lives. Who comes into our experience and who leaves, is a secret the soul only lets us in on, on a day-to-day basis.

My son’s girlfriend recently took her own life. It was unexpected, shocking and left all of us filled with grief and sadness. Growing up in foster care and diagnosed with a mental illness, she had many challenges. My son felt that he could help her. Some wonder if I knew if this was going to happen. Being psychic has its pitfalls. Knowing that something is going to happen, does not mean that we can change it. About a year before my mother’s death, I knew that she would confront an illness that would end her time here. In my son’s case, I knew that the relationship was destined to be devestating.  But despite my concern and warnings he felt a connection with her and chose to pursue a relationship.

It has been difficult to watch my son suffer. Like many mothers, I would do anything to take this pain from him. But of course I cannot. I have no control and no special magic to change the great wheel of life and death.

Going through this crisis with my son has helped me to be more mindful of the vulnerable state that many are in when they seek me out. I know that it is not always easy to come see someone like me. It is a precious gift to be trusted to communicate with those on the other side. I do my best to not take it for granted. For me psychic and medium ability is a way to express love and caring. We are all in this together and we all have different gifts to express and give. It comes down to our ability to be there for one another. To step outside of ourselves, open our hearts to others and recognize the great kindness that we are all capable of.

But, I Want To Go This Way….

I recently had an ahha moment where I was reminded that my intuition is not always so interested in leading me in the direction that I want to go. Seems obvious enough, but it took me awhile to realize that many of the times when I thought that I had misinterpreted or was confused by my intuitive signals, I was in fact, reading them correctly.

I used to feel that my intuition had failed me (or I had failed it) if I felt intuitively led into situations and experiences where I was challenged and tested. Now I have come to understand that my intuition was not faulty, it just had a different agenda.  I had places to grow and issues and pain to confront and all along my intuition has known this.

There is always another step, another level of growth and a layer to peel away. Our intuition is as focused on helping us to heal as it is in leading us into the easy and blissful.

Your intuition is connected to the deeper part of you.  Sometimes I fall into the trap of wanting my intuition to work for me to further my aims and desires. I forget that I have not always been the best judge of what makes me happy.  I am forever grateful that my intuition feeds my soul and responds to my spirit and not my overly human self that wants what it wants

A client of mine recently posted this on my Facebook page.

She wrote:

“Was driving home from school yesterday and turned onto a road even though something told me not to–as soon as I made the turn a voice in my head said, “I TOLD you not to go this way, but if you insist, then SLOW DOWN.” And I did and narrowly missed a car that pulled out in front of me–by inches. Thought of what you would say! :)

Thankfully she listened and avoided a possible collision. Beyond the life-saving effects of her intuitive knowing, it is a good metaphor for how our intuition often points us in the opposite direction of where we want to go.

Intuition is an invaluable ally. It will alert you to danger, provide you with insight into others and yourself, send you messages as to how to take care of your health and overall well-being.  It will also lead you into situations and experiences that you might not normally consciously choose.

Intuition leads us into a deeper mystery. Don’t try to overthink it or question if it is keeping you on track with your goals and desires. In every moment there is an opportunity to intuitively receive and be lead into what you most need mind, body and spirit. This is the genius and magic of your intuition.

Intuition and Creativity

It seems my whole life I have been involved with creativity in some form.  In my early twenties I was a fiber artist who painted silk and wove on a big loom. I traveled to various cities to sell my clothing, wall pieces, hats and stuffed animals at fairs and festivals and I had my work in several galleries and boutiques. I loved being an artist. During this time I also worked as an art therapist in treatment centers for adolescents and children. After a debilitating car accident I was unable to continue to physically work the long hours that weaving demanded and I increased my hours as an art therapist.  In time I went back to school to earn a degree as a pastoral counselor and then went to work fulltime as an intuitive and medium. Despite the inherent creative energy that is generated when intuitively working with others, the call to create still rumbled inside of me.  Earlier in life I enjoyed writing poetry and journaling.  My intuition kept pushing me in this direction. When I finally submitted to its nudging my passion was re-ignited. I now write almost every day and recently had my third book was released.

I cannot remember a time when I did not have an urge and desire to create.  I do not consider myself an expert in the creative process. I only know how I best create. Creativity, for me, is synonymous with intuition. Logic, reasoning, thinking, planning and organizing have a large role in creating, especially writing. But, intuition takes the lead. Every creative project I begin starts with the spark of intuitive connection and inspiration.  I often feel as if I am being guided by a wise but undefinable presence. I have learned not to question it, but to just go with the flow. When I feel a kind of inner tingling electricity and energy, I listen, tune in and wait for an idea or direction. I become receptive, pay attention and wait. Eventually a thought or a visual image emerges and I know how to proceed. Throughout the project, I continue to be led in this way. Sometimes the thinking mind wants to take control and I begin to overthink and analyze but eventually I am led back to listening within.

This was my process in the book, “The Miracle Workers Handbook: Seven Levels of Power and Manifestation of the Virgin Mary” that was recently published.  This book came about through intuitive inner listening.  I do not know Mary through a religious perspective.  Instead it was her spiritual essence and energy that guided me throughout the writing. In many ways the seven significant events of Mary’s life that I describe in the book are a blueprint for the creative process. Creativity is essentially a dance with the deep recesses of the mysterious divine feminine.

When it comes to writing here are a few other things that have worked for me.

Give yourself time and space. Don’t rush the process. Daydream, contemplate, meditate, clear out your mind and become receptive.

Don’t try to lead. Instead invite the essence and energy of your topic to express itself through you. Then listen for its often subtle voice. Accept it and go with it.

Write, get it out. Do not worry that it initially makes sense at first. Do not try to edit and organize as you write. Save this for later. Be as honest and bare bones as you can be.

Jump around if you need to. The brain is a multitasking wizard. Go with it. You might be writing chapter one and get an idea for the last chapter.  I used to think that I had to go from one thing to the next. I finally let my brain go where it wanted to and writing got so much easier. It seems crazy but it works.

Keep feeling what you are doing. Check in with your intuition, your gut and the flow of energy.  Getting lost in what you are doing is a good thing.

After you have written the first draft, make peace with the fact that you will probably have to edit and re-write many times. At least I do. You might be a more gifted writer than I am. But I have come to accept that I will most likely revise many times.

If what you write gives you peace, you are successful. No matter what publishers, agents, reviewers or friends say, the greatest gift of the creative process is the feeling knowing in your heart and the sense of peace that comes with authentic expression.  Of course it always feels good if others appreciate your work. Most of the time though if you like what you are doing, others will too.

Grace and the Universal Law of Attraction

The universal law of attraction states that to attract something into your life you must embody this same energy. Simply stated, likes attract likes. Supported by recent advances in science, this is more than a new-age belief. But here is the rub. To receive abundance, love, prosperity and all the good that we so much desire, we must know this experience. It must be our strongest magnetic energy. Otherwise we can only attract our illusive hopes or best assumption of what we desire.

Unfortunately many people do not have a strong enough inner experience of what they want to attract. This has been true for me, especially in the area of love. My father left when I was young and my mother was emotionally, spiritually and often physically absent. My desire for love and partnership was built on hopeful wishes and false expectations and this is what I attracted.

It has been through my connection with the spiritual realm that I have been able to shift this deficit. I have leaned on spirit like a lost child making her way through the dark woods.

As most of you know, I am almost the opposite of organized religion. Yet, Mother Mary has been a constant source of love and guidance. Mary is a spiritual being for all people, regardless of spiritual or religious orientation. She is the divine feminine most evolved expression of love and miracles.

Grace transcends the law of attraction. Whatever your circumstances, however spiritual or not you consider yourself, whatever your wounds, mistakes, background or choices have been. Grace fills, heals, replenishes, makes whole and completes. Mary activates grace in your heart, soul, body, mind and spirit. She empowers you to attract and co-create your goodness and abundance despite the conditions of your past and present.

I hope that you will consider learning more about Mary's powerful message. The events of her life are a paradigm for living in the ascended energy of grace, synchronicity, intuitive communication with the spiritual realm and miracles.

Those Soul Mate Vibrations

Most people desire the love of a soul mate. Even if we are not completely sure of what that means, the idea that there is someone who can unconditionally love us, despite our flaws and failings is planted deep in our heart. Through our union with another we long to receive love's mysterious, abundant and eternally satisfying gifts.

The lofty vibration of soul mate love often bypasses our rational and logical thinking. It is a soothing balm that speaks to our innermost being. In this way, love is intuitive, as it is through our intuition that we can recognize the impulses of the soul.

Your Intuitive Love Type

We all use our intuition in relationships, even when we are not aware that we are.  We may call it chemistry, gut feelings, a quivering of the heart or a simple knowing. There are four main ways that we all naturally intuit.

An emotional intuitive receives energy information primarily through their emotions. A mental intuitive intuits through their thoughts and ideas. A physical intuitive absorbs energy information through their bodies while a spiritual intuitive receives energy through their energy field and spiritual sensitivities. Knowing your intuitive-love type will help you to better develop your intuitive awareness for use in relationships.

Intuiting your Soul Mate

Your intuitive love type will assist and guide you in tuning into a potential soul mate connection. Your spontaneous intuitive responses can provide you with much needed clues as to your deeper connection with another.

For instance, in the presence of a soul mate, the physical intuitive will experience undeniable physical attraction and chemistry. They will likely feel surges of physical energy and they may need less sleep, eat little, enjoy exercise and have loads of physical stamina. With the increase of higher vibration energy moving through their physical body, they are likely to feel as if they can accomplish any task or goal.

The mental intuitive will feel what is called "peak" mental experiences. They will be able to spontaneously understand the meaning behind past perplexing situations and relationships. With intuitive insight into the big picture, they have a sense that everything in life is just the way it is meant to be.  Feelings of gratitude for past struggles and unsuccessful relationships, will surface as they become aware that these conditions were necessary lessons on their path to their soul mate.

The heart of the emotional intuitive will open wide and they will experience the full emotional spectrum of love. They are likely to experience deep feelings of love, not only for their soul mate but also for the disgruntled employee at the grocery store, the stranger that asks for a hand-out or the relative that has always been difficult. Soul mate love will inspire the emotional intuitive to love everyone and everything. Compassion, forgiveness, and kindness flow freely from them and they cannot contain their joy. The paradox of loving a soul mate is that the love becomes too big for just two people. It embraces the world.

Even after first meeting, a spiritual intuitive will feel as if they have known a soul mate forever. The spiritual intuitive may have seen their soul mate in their dreams, in a vision or mediation and they are likely to have experiences of déjà vu with him or her. They will have an inner knowing that they have been predestined to meet this person and that they can now go about the business of fulfilling their soul purpose and mission. Soul-mates inspire one another to transcend self absorbed focus and become a light of love for others.

Every Relationship has a Purpose

It is important to keep in mind that soul mates do not always love us the way we want to be loved. Instead, they love us the way that we need to be loved, for our healing, growth and ultimate bliss. Soul mates often bring to one another differing perspectives, opposing view points and become a mirror for our strengths and our weaknesses.

Every relationship that you are in is important. Each one provides you with an opportunity to heal old wounds and learn more about love and forgiveness. The universe supplies us with endless possibilities to experience love and connection. Even if you are not in a true soul-mate relationship every person you encounter is preparing you for the full experience of love.

Soul-mates are never in short supply. It may be necessary that you interact, with and love many people during your life.  We sometimes forget that the soul learns through pain and disappointment as much as it does through the lofty feelings of happiness and joy. All we experience is food for the soul. Cherish your relationship misfortunes and disasters. They are the deep, rich tilled and composted soil that the seed of soul-mate love may need in order to grow, sprout and come into full flower. Even when a relationship "fails" you do not have to.

Don't try to outguess the wisdom of love. Trust that there is a higher plan at work and a purpose for every relationship that you have been in and will be in.

I had a dream l…

I had a dream last night where I was holding a baby and walking down a long road. There was a man walking next to me and he told me that he was tired and needed to rest. I crossed a long bridge with the baby knowing that it was now just the two of us.

I realize that the dream is about the shift that we are all making into the divine feminine. Male energy needs a rest. Beauty, healing, intuition, creativity, love, all that the divine feminine has to offer is on the other side of the bridge.

Five Times to Trust your Intuition

In this busy multitasking rush everywhere world, your inner spirit may be your strongest ally. It is connected to a vast reservoir of pure wisdom, love and peace.  You can access and connect with your spirit through your intuition. When listened to, your intuition can be a remarkable tool for juggling all of the demands which greet you each day.

Intuition can be defined as knowing something without any logical and rational explanation as to how you know. It is said to reside in the feminine, creative, right side of the brain.

Everyone is intuitive. Your intuition might surface through your emotions, your thoughts, your body or your spontaneous sense of knowing and your dreams. It often surfaces spontaneously and comes to our aid when we most need it.

There are times, however, when it is especially important to trust your inner sense of knowing.

When first meeting another.

Pay attention to first impressions. They are often the most accurate.  People tell us what they want us to know about them. Rarely if ever will a prospective boyfriend tell you that he cheated on his last girlfriend or a salesperson tell you how inflated a price is.

At first meetings pay attention to the feelings in the pit of your stomach, tension in your body or a sense of uneasiness. These are intuitive signals that something is not adding up.

You will likely have no evidence to back up the inner small voice that is telling you to keep moving. Yet, in this kind of situation your intuition is almost always right.

Concern for Others

Have you ever woken from sleep and immediately thought of another and wondered how they are doing?  Have you ever been ready to relax for the evening but a persistent inner voice keeps imploring you to call a friend or family member? Have you dismissed spontaneous feelings of concern for another and later regretted doing so?

Love is a live wire of intuitive knowing. Unfortunately we often do not want to impose on friends and family when we are struggling. So we suffer in silence. When you love and care about another you will unknowingly pick up intuitive signals when they are having difficulties or need someone to talk to.  Don't ignore these intuitive feelings and thoughts.  Take the time to reach out.  Your love is powerful and can make a world of difference in someone's life.

At work

At work your intuition can help you to discover unknown talents, inspire you with brilliant ideas, signal you as to the best time to ask for a raise and help you to make good decisions.

I have a friend, Melanie, who applied for a management position in a company that she had always wanted to work for. She was excited at the prospect of the position and went to the interview prepared to take the job if offered. During the interview she kept getting a queasy feeling in her stomach and something just didn't feel right about the job. On her way home she rationalized her uncomfortable feelings as random stress and dismissed them. Melanie accepted the job when it was offered to her a week later. She put her notice in at her current employment and a month later was working for the new company. Three months later the company lost a large account to a competitor and she along with her entire group was laid off.

What route to take while driving

On your way to work, picking up the dry cleaning, going to the grocery store or when out for an evening of fun, pause before you pull out of the driveway and ask your inner guidance what route to take. Visualize yourself driving each route and get an intuitive feel for what feels the easiest and best way.

Now, I know that you can also check the traffic reports, but often traffic, backups, accidents and other unpredictable occurrences happen in a flash. I do this often, especially on heavy traffic days or when I am driving a long distance. My intuition has never failed me. Invariably when I have had a strong intuition to take an alternative route, I find out of an accident or traffic tie up on my usual way.

Your Health

Your intuition will alert you when have a health concern. Don't dismiss it.

I had a client tell me just this morning that a friend of hers, Holli, has a promising chance of recovery from adrenal cancer. Normally this type of cancer is not found until an advanced stage.

When Holli experienced a constant numbing sensation in her hands and feet she consulted her doctor. He examined her and felt that this was caused by pressure from an irregular disk in her spine. Later that night a loud inner voice imploring her to go to another doctor woke Holli from a deep sleep. The voice persisted in her waking hours and she scheduled another appointment with a different doctor.  Two doctors later she was diagnosed with cancer.  Because of the early stage in which it was found she has every chance of a full recovery.

Your intuition is an invaluable ally in all areas of your life.  The more you listen to it and act on its promptings the more intuitively adept you will become. Trust your intuition and it will soon become a reliable friend.

2012- The Mayan Calender and the New Era

The New Era–2012

I have never wanted to intuitively look too far into the future.  I have held the basic belief that for centuries we have collectively set in motion quite an array of negative and destructive forces that will surely come back to us in a variety of ways.  I was however recently asked to give an intuitive forecast for the coming year, 2012 and when I did I was a bit surprised.

We all by now know that the Mayan calendar ceases to document time after 2012. There has long been speculation and fear that this is an omen of the end of the world. Yet, to understand the true significance of their calendar it is important to understand the Mayan culture. Years ago I was fortunate to be a part of a small team of people who lived and worked in the Mayan villages of Chiapas Mexico and Guatemala. The team I worked with went into remote villages and helped to build simple gravity fed water systems that provided the community with clean water.  I found the Mayan people and their culture fascinating and was anxious to learn as much as I could about them.

During my time off I traveled to the various Mayan ruin sites.  The first ruin that I visited was Palenque in the Yucatan. I arrived there early one morning just as the sun was rising. It was still cool from the night before and with just a few other people there I felt like I was stepping back into time. Going into the main area of the ruins there was a large stone courtyard surrounded by the three largest pyramids.  The placement and size of this courtyard indicated its importance within the community.

This courtyard is where the important Mayan ritual ball game was played. In ancient Mayan culture the courts were considered to be portals to the spirit world and playing the game was viewed as necessary and important for the continuation of cosmic order within the universe and for the regeneration of physical life. The ball represented the sun and one side of the court was the realm of physical life and the other the unseen spirit realm. In the center of the court to one side there was a small ring. The challenge of the game was to get a small ball through the stone ring.

What does this have to do with 2012? For the Mayans In 2012 the earth passes through the ring and comes into the center of the universe.  There are no accidents. The Mayan calendar of linear time ends at 2012. This is not a fluke or a miscalculation. The Mayans knew that in 2012 the earth would be entering the spirit side of the court. We are now in spiritual time.

This does not mean the end of the world and catastrophe. We will still continue to have clocks and days and nights and all of those things that mark human time.  However we are in the midst of a very significant cycle transition.

We are evolving, the earth is ascending and we are in a new era- of which we have never experienced. We are now in nonlinear time. We are in spirit time. We are collectively moving into conscious union and co-creative partnership with the spiritual realm.

Spiritual energy is vital life force cosmic energy that is not restrained by time and space, outer conditions and cause and effect.  We are moving from a lower denser material vibration to a higher spiritual vibration. What we individually and collectively experience during this time will be determined by our level of consciousness.

The Integration of spirit into Matter

To understand how the influx of spiritual energy will affect us globally and individually I like to use the metaphor of water. Water can be nourishing, gentle and soothing. But it can also be relentless, overpowering and destructive. Although is appears gentle and benign in a stream or raindrop we know not to underestimate its power.

As spiritual energy comes pouring into the physical realm the existing order will continue to be broken down and go through changes.  Spiritual energy is in a process of integration with the material.  We have been experiencing this for many years. The heavier, denser energies are no longer being supported. The crisis in the oil industry, the economy, banking and home finance lending will continue.  Industries and activities which have been based and built on materialistic values and ethics will collapse in preparation for a new order.

This year the shift that we have been experiencing for a number of years will intensify. As spiritual energy integrates with the material it will create a clash of energy.  This will cause a global detoxing that will unleash toxins, new bacteria, chemical pollutants and dormant impurities . Toxins will be discovered in food and in water. Clean water may become a commodity.  On a global level we will struggle with toxins and new strains of flu and bacteria. Along with a crisis in clean water there will continue to be droughts in some areas and flooding in others.  Alaska, Hawaii and the West coast will experience earthquakes and flooding.

In 2012 the sun will be in a tumultuous state and solar flares and sun eruptions will be common. Satellites and communication airwaves will be interrupted primarily in the summer and fall. This electromagnetic activity will intensify the already hectic weather patterns and result in extreme heat, wind and drought in many areas of the country.

Shift of Power

The global balance of power will continue to shift away from unethical governments, corporations, and other hierarchies, to individuals and groups who embody spiritual consciousness.  There will be an influx of internal fighting within many countries between those who have and those who have been discarded dismissed and disenfranchised – this is all part of taking back personal power.

Spiritual ideals will become more important than self-serving power, greed and competiveness. The occupy Wall Street movement and others like this will intensify and continue to confront the existing order. There will be an increase in lawsuits that challenge the ethics of the government and the greed of corporations.  Money will begin to be channeled away from the traditional and into the innovative. This will happen globally.

Barrack Obama was elected on the ideals of hope and change. He spoke to the message that has been buried within the collective consciousness. We know that change is necessary and despite our differences, we are all heeding the inner call of transformation. The next president of the U.S. will be elected because of his or her ability to ground higher principals and transform spiritual ideals of fairness, equality, justice and truth in the material realm.

  Age of Inspired Creativity

From the age of information we are entering the age of inspired creativity. We are ascending and integrating spiritual energy, ideas and creative solutions into the everyday and mundane.  We already see this happening in our economy. What will work will follow the trend of what has been working. The success of I pads, iPhones, internet, Facebook are indications of where there will be advancement. These kinds of technology and innovative ideas will continue to advance and develop. The ability to instantly communicate with another anywhere in the world is part of the higher vibration that is now supporting us.

Technological communication devices will become even smaller and more compact in 2012. Eventually, but probably not in 2012, they will be replaced altogether by energy configurations which will not require physical devices. Light rays will be activated and we will be able to utilize energy girds for power. Like the old movie projectors that could display images onto walls or screens we will be able to project images but without any physical components. We are on the verge of discovering and producing energy from magnetic poles and higher vibratory cosmic sources.

Internet and communication information is now a mental activity. In the future we will be able to create a more multisensory experience. As our bodies become more accustomed to the higher vibrations we will have teleportation experiences that take us out of our physical dimension and into other "reality experiences".

This year, the economy will see some gains, mostly in business that practice higher principles of fairness, care and respect for their employees and understand the interconnectedness of all of life. The higher vibrations of spiritual energy will support these higher ideals. A new culture and society is forming outside of the traditional. Movements, collectives and organizations driven by inventive people with creative solutions will thrive. Small farms, cooperatives and communities of like-minded people will band together. Nontraditional types of medicine and education will enjoy a surge of success. Art, music and creativity of all kinds will receive a boost in appreciation as evidence mounts of its importance in health and wellbeing.

 Individual Affects

As I intuitively received this information, I kept turning on the radio during a recurring NPR radio segment. The story talked about a study which has discovered that birds are flying at higher altitudes than ever before. I heard the segment so many time that it seemed like more than a coincidence. It occurred to me that there was a message in this for me. Then it hit me. We too, need to be ascending into higher altitudes. This is where our safety is. The highest vibration that we can embody is that of love, love that is compassionate, wise, patient, forgiving, grateful, giving and humble. As we incorporate and open our hearts, mind, soul, and body to this higher love vibration we are supported by the powerful omnipotent cosmic flow of energy.

Our present collective consciousness has ingrained beliefs and unconsciousness motivations. We are fear based, security minded, greedy, want as much as we can get because we believe that this makes us safer, happier and better than others. We compete with one another and with other countries because we believe that being the best, being number one makes us more worthy, better and more valuable.

This belief has powered corporate greed, polluted the earth and led to a hierarchy of power where the masses have less and feel powerless.

In this new era of spirit time with the influx of spiritual energy pouring into the earth the tables begin to turn. What begins to be valued is cooperation, compassion, and the power of love. Intuitive awareness, insights, dreams and our connection with higher wisdom, nonphysical sources of ideas, creativity and inspiration will be sources of success

2012 is a year of emergence for spiritual minded people. The world has not fully accepted and embraced the notion that there is life beyond the physical plane. Throughout time those who held beliefs in the existence of nonphysical life and the ability to communicate and connect with spiritual beings have been given a variety of labels. We have been called witches, delusional, irrational, kooks, crazy, deluded and one of my favorites- wo- wo's.  We have hidden ourselves, congregated in groups, not spoken of our beliefs to our church going friends and family and endured being misunderstood and judged.

We have pulled into ourselves and not shared or fully lived our truth. It is however, essential that you now open your heart, listen within and act on your intuitive knowing. Your spirit must be integrated into every aspect of your life. This does not mean that you have to quit your job or challenge your family and friends, but you must begin to find practical ways to express your truth.

The incoming spiritual vibration will support you and guide you into success. Your safety is now in your spirit. Rise to the highest knowing within. Incorporate the energy of love into every aspect of your day to day decisions desires and intent. The highest love is compassionate, forgiving, kind and gracious. Express gratitude and spend time with uplifting and like-minded people who embrace and increase your spiritual energy.

 Ascension Care

With the shift into spiritual time, we are experiencing ascension. Your energy field will be receiving higher frequencies of energy and your job is to integrate this into every part of your life.

On the physical level as your body integrates an increase in higher energy vibrations you may experience more allergies, nervous system disorders and endocrine and hormonal imbalances. Too much anxiety and stress are an indication that you are dwelling in the lower denser vibrations. If you are experiencing this lift your consciousness into higher awareness. Focus on spiritual truths, love, forgiveness, gratitude, unlimited possibilities and authenticity. Your body is transforming and it is important to eat well, rest, exercise and spend time in nature

If you are constantly fearful and negative, you will experience disruption and challenges in every area of your life. These denser emotional energies are not aligned with the inflow of spiritual energy. Despite what is happening around you it is more important than ever to embody positive energy, listen within and surround yourself with like-minded spiritual people. This is where your safety is.

On the mental level this means becoming aware of and challenging any negative or stagnant and unfulfilling patterns of thought and belief.  Greed, self-centeredness, ego power, competitiveness will create only misery. As your spiritual vibration increases you must let go of old wounds, grievances, blame, pain- practice forgiveness.

Choices and decisions must be made on the basis on higher spiritual ideals of cooperation, integrity, awareness of the interconnection of all of life. Let go of what you think you know and with a beginners mind learn and accept new interpretations and definitions of reality. Allow the mystery of love to expand in your life.

Move into the flow of spiritual energy by incorporating contemplative and meditative time for reflection and listening within.  There is a thinning of the veil between the spiritual and the physical and this will bring an increase in intuitive receptivity, dreams, synchronicity and encounters with the spirit realm. There will be a rise in encounters with spirit beings, both benevolent – guides, angels, fairies, loved ones but also ghosts, wandering souls and negative emotional and mental thought forms. You are in charge of what you allow into your energy field. Stay in the vibration of love and allow only love into your physical and spiritual energy.

In this new era of spirit time the power to create, to be inspired, to receive clear intuitive guidance is being supported. In every area and aspect of life success lies in original inspired thinking, awareness of the interconnectedness of all of life, contributing to the greater whole and most of all understanding the power of love.

In the presence of your spirit anything is possible. You are not bound to the past, cause and effect and what has been. Use the incoming spiritual energy to boost yourself into a new vision of self and into a new life.
