Leave the world in peace

Try for just one day to leave the world alone. Stop making judgments and allow people and everything that surrounds you, including yourself, to be simply who it is.
Get rid of the automatisms that lead you to judge, define, blame and praise others.
Leave all who you meet in peace for a while, free to be who they are. Instead of judging, defining, labeling others to reveal themselves, to externalize part of their mystery.
Do you already know everything about how things are, about the mysteries of life, are you a sort of omniscient god? If this is the case, then keep on judging. 
Otherwise, stop for a moment, give yourself a break, allow the world around you to reveal itself for what it is, leave it in peace.

Democracy, dictatorship and…

In a democracy:
each individual can judge, condemn, attack and blame any other individual, and all individuals can respond to those who have judged, insulted, attacked and blamed them, in turn, judging, insulting, attacking and blaming them.

In a dictatorship:
only few individuals can judge, condemn, attack and blame all other individuals, and no one else can do it unless they do so in the same way that those few individuals do.

In a theocracy:
only a god or some deities can judge, condemn, attack and blame all individuals, and no one else can do it unless they operate as priests or official representatives of a god or some deities.

In a gnosticracy:
each individual can judge, condemn, attack and blame a god or some deities, and nobody else can judge, condemn, attack and blame anyone else for a god or some deities are the only one that can be judged, condemned, attacked and blamed.

 

Judging

Judging others eliminates from the start any possibility of mutual dialogue and communication. Judging is like saying “I know who you are, so I don’t need to ask you, but since you don’t know or pretend you don’t know or in order for everybody to know it, I am going to tell you or everyone”.

Some people feel that by judging they perform a social service. They condemn, judge and criticize others so effectively that they become very popular. In this way they provide already made judgments that large numbers of people can in turn employ.

Judgment is an attack, which is generally answered with a defense or counterattack. This is what is generally meant by communication, democracy, freedom of speech: all sides can attack, offend and judge each other. When there is censorship and dictatorship only one side is allowed to do so.

A Course in Soul Retrieval

Introduction to soul retrieval and contemporary shamanism

Individual or small group (max. 3) course in three (around 90-minute) sessions via Skype or WhatsApp, or in-person at Findhorn with Franco Santoro.

This course consists of three experiential and technical sessions designed to provide the basic requirements for an introduction to the practice of soul retrieval and the general cosmology of shamanism. Sessions can take place weekly or within 40 days. During the period of the course Franco is available for assistance, questions and sharing. It is possible to attend this course also in small groups of two, three or maximum four people.

The content of the course varies depending on the characteristics of participants and their particular spiritual and shamanic references.

The conclusion of the course can allow access to more advanced programs.

The traditional approach of soul retrieval is based on the understanding that most painful issues we experience in life are due to soul fragmentation and loss. Soul retrieval here involves first the acknowledgement of the missing parts and what led to their original separation, followed by their search and recovery. Our sessions also aim at effectively restoring those parts, by awakening luminous talents, allowing their harmonious integration in everyday life.

Each session differs, though generally we will talk about your intention and issues, as you understand them, using the techniques and options appropriate to your needs. During the session, the purpose is to identify what are the main areas of strength or potential, what is unbalanced or weak, finding tools for transformation and healing, allowing a deeper connection with yourself and higher or multidimensional self.
The sessions are also aimed at assessing what shamanic practices and remedies you can use in order to support and implement the retrieval.

Naked truth

We can continue to engage with the vast marketplace of happy dreams and desires, instigated by advertising, both conventional and alternative, or embrace old and new doctrines of wellbeing and manifestation. For some, however, the moment arrives when every dream and desire in this world has a sour and bitter taste, no seduction and propaganda has any effect, there are no more sedatives and anesthetics able to stifle the anxiety and torment derived from a single and only desire:

discover the naked truth, what lies beneath all this staging.

The search for the naked truth, even if it were the most ruthless and hateful possible, becomes the only reason to live and die.

Pragmatic Virgo

Virgo is the pragmatic emanation of solar energy, with the ability to create in the physical reality and manifest tangible effects to the planet.

Virgo represents the bridge between the Sun and the Earth aimed at converting visions and ideals on a spiritual level into concrete acts of service.

Here we can ask ourselves: what can I practically do on this planet ito be truly of service and in harmony with my highest ideals?

Virgo requires time, patience, mental discrimination and frequent challenges. This often causes a sacred restlessness.

There are no problems at all for Virgo when it comes to facing hard work as long as there is clarity of intent. In fact, this is precisely what makes life ecstatic for Virgo. However, when there is no connection with one’s purpose, existence becomes very unpleasant and miserable. Make sure you have a purpose in life, a clear intent, before investing time and resources in work and service. And in case this is missing, the most sacred and effective service you can offer is taking a break from work and use your time to find or retrieve your purpose.

What are your relationships like? Do you find balance, harmony and cooperation in them? Or maybe are they source of anxiety, produce feeling of loneliness and incite fighting? Maybe most of your relationships work well but one – with a close person or at workplace give you sleepless nights and stomach aches? Looking through relationships will be dealing with those topics. The end of September is the time when autumn has officially knocked on our doors with the Autumn Equinox. It is time, when shadows become longer and days noticeably shorter. The time, when the Sun and the Moon meet in Libra is particularly supportive to reflect on the shadows, which our relationships produce. Venus, the symbol of beauty and harmony, is also the ruling planet of Libra. It is depicted by a mirror. This workshop is an invitation to take a mirror in your hand and have a look at what it shows you. What depicts your relationships, what shows the mirror itself and what is inside your heart? Looking through relationships (private and professional ones), partnership, reviewing contracts which we are part of (consciously or unconsciously), gives you a choice: how do you want to form them, how not to repeat what does not serve you, how to build bridges between polarities.

Intimacy of relationships – with yourself and with others, 12 October 2019, Wrocław, with Katarzyna Reiter

Full Moon is the time when since ages people were coming together to spend time celebrating rituals and being with others. When the Sun is in Libra and the Moon in Aries, it is a particularly supportive moment to look at the topic of relationships. What does it mean to be alone? Being in a relationship with another person – are we together or am I de facto alone? Alone or lonely? What about the idea of “the other half” – does someone who is the other half of me exist and meeting him or her will make me complete? Does this person exist at all? And if so – where to look for her or him? What do I learn about myself being in a relationship and what I learn when I am not? What patterns and mechanisms are active within myself, which of them did I adopt consciously and which drive me from behind?
This Full Moon confronts us with the possibility of integrating qualities connected with Libra and Aries: harmony and conflict, relationship and individuality, connection and separation. How to combine balance with assertively and courage? One of the lessons that this full moon may offer is when to be on your own and when to be with others.
This Full Moon is about accepting closeness and distance, intimacy and separation, being alone and with others. The workshop Intimacy of relationships – with yourself and with others serves as an invitation to discover how to create relationships which feed us and in which we grow.

Pieces of dying, wholeness of life, 9 November 2019

Release is the key topic for the November workshop. Release, which happens at all possible levels, physical and emotional in particular. Even though it might not be a popular approach for the workshops, yet, it is crucial to throw light on it. Why is it so important? Because the act of release offers a particular possibility to make use of everything, which appears undesired in our life and direct it towards that what we want most to manifest.
The art of work when the Sun is in Scorpio consists of gaining understanding, based on your own experience, of what is commonly considered as awful, scary, connected with death and ousted. In this context, the aim of release is not to get rid of unwanted emotions in order to find yourself again in the space of peace of mind. Release is understood here as sacrifice in accordance with the original meaning of this word. In Latin sacrificium means to make holy.
I invite you for a journey, during which what you want to expel from your life, will be invited to show its own beauty and meaning. This workshop offers a space, where allowing some parts of your life to die, you will have a chance to create space for something else to emerge. It is a workshop where you can travel to the roots, taking advantage of the darkness which enveloped the Earth, in order to find your own light.

 

Journey to your own beliefs, 7 December 2019, Gdańsk

While in the western hemisphere there is very little sunlight, days are short and the night very long, one can almost lose the hope of return of the Sun. The period of November and December is dark and cold, the Sun is Sagittarius and invites to search for the source of light not outside of oneself – because there it cannot be found anyway – but inside. It is a good moment to perform a review of your beliefs – about yourself and the world. What are they like? What do they express? Do your beliefs support you or do they limit you? Where do they come from? Are they based on your direct experience of life or are they second hand rules, principles and beliefs offered to you by your environment, family or society? What would happened, if you chose to adapt a different belief?
The beginning of December it is the time when most people still function in the rhythm of the daily duties, yet the preparations to approaching Christmas are already in the background. The Christmas period may prove to be particularly intensive regarding testing one’s beliefs. It is important to start observing which ones support you and which ones make you feel like a victim. Only by acknowledging the ideas, ideologies and beliefs of your own inner universe, allows you to be in a space of potential choice. The choice: which beliefs I want to cultivate and which ones need reviewing. The symbol of Sagittarius depicted by an arrow directed upwards, symbolises optimism and adventure. However, which path you chose, which beliefs will take precedence and direct your steps during the incoming period of festivities and the New Year, will depend on the choices you make.

New Year Workshop, 4 January 2020, Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 155

What about if the New Year planning was nice and easy?
Sometimes one gives up on making the New Year resolutions. Not because one considers them of little sense but because trying to fulfil them has proven painful. The costs of being irritated with yourself, due to not sticking to your plans becomes so high, that it seems preferable to give up adopting resolutions and making plans at all. However, what if the review of what you have accomplished during the year and what you have given up on did not have to be accompanied by a sense of guilt or discontent? What if implementation of the resolutions was accompanied by lightness and sense of support?
Giving up on the recapitulation, one loses the chance to review – from an observer’s position – the schemes which one follows and the beliefs which one holds. The New Year workshops is an invitation to go on the jouerney. The journey backwards – to the outgoing year and the journey forward – to the incoming year. You do not risk being alone in this journey but you can count on support of your fellow travellers.
Implementation of what you have decided might be difficult at times. This can be the case when only the rational mind is involved in planning and subsequently a sense of guilt calls you to execute. What about if other dimensions were also invited to the planning process? Next to the mind, also emotions and body and whatever else may support you in your journey and is larger than yourself?
Recapitulation of what has been and deciding on what I would desire or like, offers an opportunity to integrate an important wisdom about the world. An opportunity to access the ascending spiral, instead of a feeling of falling down into unknown abyss. Recapitulation and planning constitute an old ritual, known in different places of the world. Many of us have allowed the modern mechanism of imposing obligations on ourselves to strip the process of planning and reviewing from its power and charms.
