Bone Cold (Soul Shamans, Book 2) COVER REVEAL

Bone-Cold-Amazon

Just when Holly Bennett thinks life in the sleepy town of Seaport might finally be back to normal—or as normal as it gets when you’re a shaman—the you-know-what hits the fan again.

Nathan, her sweet boyfriend, turns distant and cold. Her best friend Laura grows secretive and paranoid, and her mother disappears to hunt a dangerous shaman. Naturally, that’s the moment soul-sucking spirits descend upon Seaport, leaving a trail of corpses in their wake. And familiar faces lie among the dead.

Which Vigilante Would You Really Be?

In anticipation of The Madmen’s City releasing Tuesday, I put together a fun Buzzfeed quiz, Which Vigilante Would You Really Be?to find out who you’re most like in the Towton City world. I am, of course, Kole Mason, though I wish I were more like Gwen Kane. She’d fit right in with Gryffindor and the Dauntless faction.

If you take the quiz, let me know who you get!

Fitness for Nerds: Goblet of Fire Squats

Last week I managed: Step class, Step class again, Free weights session(as my goal is to work out 4-5 times per week, this was a minor fail).

I usually try to do strength training sessions more often than I have recently. I want to be stronger, because let’s face it, I’m a weakling. Plus, I’ve found that I burn more calories when I’m doing more than just crazy cardio sessions.

My absolute favorite strength training exercise is the Goblet of Fire Squat. Okay, so it’s actually called the goblet s...
