Fitness for Nerds: Surviving Insanity A.K.A. Azkaban
Last week I managed: Step class, Aerobics class, Insanity class (as my goal is to work out 4-5 times per week, this was a minor fail).
Taking a group Insanity class was like getting thrown into Azkaban. I’ve actually done the Shaun-T Insanity workout videos, and I’m in decent shape. This class was on a whole other level.

Bone Dry Proof Copies Arrived!
