REAL FAKE
My head is full of things I can’t imagine.
This has happened before and in these times all I can think to do is purge. If I can’t find the light I want to at least feel a little so purge.. on food, on belongings, on space. But not on coffee.
Plus the news. The news is fucked. Someone tell me something good. How was your weekend? Please let me know in the comments.

I WANT TO BE A SCULPTOR
I love this picture I took of Amy at the Cliffs Of Moher. Every year about ten people fall to the crashing waves below, hitting the rocks on the way down. It’s so windy lately and I’m looking for my own balance on my own cliffs. I don’t wanna fall down.
I want to be a sculptor who recreates diy shows from youth in life-size so that I can take it all in again. I will pull the curtain back and reveal cave in’s second show ever at the red barn in north andover. There will be a boy in a headband and...

CANDY FLOSS
These days I greet between dread and desire.
I slept well through the rain. “Well” meaning I still woke periodically but I loved the sound and was able to fall back asleep. At 6:30 I actually woke up and listened to the rain stop and the birds start. Slow drips and early chirps. It was all calming and I decided the only thing that could make it better was speed, so I ordered a coffee.

STOLEN KISSES
I spoke too soon about Daylight Savings. It’s 4:23 and I’ve been up for forty minutes. To those who asked, no I’m not quitting coffee… I’m just trying to quit ordering one each morning via delivery. You gave some great options but what I really want is a compact bean-to-cup machine that doesn’t take up much room. Like the big Miele ones, but smaller.
It was good to hear about your weekends too. And that so many of you can relate to that post from yesterday. Of course you can. I received and read...

WHISKEY IN THE BELL JAR
Writing is like mining. When I start digging I don’t know what I’ll find. Could be gold. Could be black lung.
Daylight Savings is beneficial to me. It’s about 6:30. Coffee has been delivered… a habit I’m on the verge of breaking. Glasses on and nauseas… a habit I’m adjusting to. Rising too early was just normalized by the powers that be, so the first hour when I would just lie in the dark pondering existence has been incinerated.
How was your weekend? No really, tell me below.
On Saturday I receiv...

ANGEL
I have never felt at home. Only after being in Los Angeles for a decade am I surrendering and reluctantly remembering street names. I left New York to try my hand in the sun. It’s been working out.
I started working out when I moved here after I met Amy. It was January of 2013. She knew a trainer because he owned the juice bar a few doors down from The Daily Planet. I met him and we hit it off. His name was Greg. Greg Joujon-Roche. He was an A-List celebrity trainer who worked with actors for ro...
