Has anyone seen or read this magazine?  My daughter and her HH got me a subscription for Christmas.  It's fascinating.  It has recipes, coloring pages, short stories, fantasy related articles and breathtaking photography.  For any feminine fantasy buffs out there, I think you'd enjoy it.

Waving My Hanky

Have you noticed Google is vaporizing the followers? About forty of mine are gone. Google sent out a notification but it didn't make any sense to me then and it doesn't now. If I understood it correctly, you have to have a google account to be a blog follower.  That makes sense....if you own Google. I'm standing in cyber land waving my hanky in goodbye.  Actually, I hope if your follow has been sucked down into the black hole you are still stopping by. You know you're always welcome here, even if your follow disappeared.

Shame On Us

Have you been following the situation in Flint and in Detroit? Honestly, I don't get it. We send billions of dollars all over the world, and not all of it for humanitarian purposes, while people in Flint have been drinking water that's poisoning them and several of the schools in Detroit are in such bad shape they look like they need to be condemned. I appreciate that we help other countries, we should be. Every country should reach out to others when in trouble. But I don't understand why the American Government (federal and state) hasn't focused more attention on horrific problems inside our own country.
