Valentines, Amazing Blogsters and Shameless Self Promotion

Did everyone have a great Valentine's Day?  There were roses waiting on the table for me when I got up. Unfortunately, not in water. But so far, they're holding their own:) Later we went to a winery for lunch. It was a good Valentine's Day.
~*~Blogsters, you're amazing. When I asked, What's your idea of 'First Thing In The Morning'  fourteen of you responded before nine a.m. and two a few minutes later.  I hadn't even had my first cup of coffee:) Pat yourselves on the back. Y'all got a serious jump on the day.
~*~Now for some shameless self-promotion.
'Did you know flowers have their own language? In a time when public displays of emotion were frowned on, Victorians used flowers to send coded messages.  This means of communication was called floriography. The language of flowers has not only survived, but flourished. What if someone sends you a spider flower? Or a jonquil? What is this person trying to tell you?Or maybe you should send a bouquet of nasturtiums and oak branches to your favorite military serviceman or woman to let them know how much you appreciate them. The next time you send someone flowers, why not have some fun and send the flowers that symbolize your feelings?'
Flower Gardens and More   is on sale at Amazon for .99 cents.

First Thing In the Morning

We had ordered a bed for the babies and I asked the deliveryman when it would be delivered. He said, "First thing in the morning."
I asked, "What's your definition of first thing in the morning?"
He replied, " Around 10:30."
And I said, "Oh good. That's my definition too!"
So what's your idea of first thing in the morning?

Pop Corn Machine

I did not even realize these were on the market until our son and his family got us one for Christmas. Then I found out, his in-laws had gotten him one for Christmas.  A few days later, in the book I was reading, the heroine got one for Christmas:) It must have been the gift of choice this year and I the only person on the planet to not have heard of them:)
What about you? Have you seen them? Do you have one? Do you like it?

Lucifer

Has anyone else been watching this? So far, I'm enjoying it. Tom Ellis places the perfect Lucifer.

~*~Now for a little bit of Cox trivia.  Did you watch the playoffs last night? The camera man trotting off the field after the coin toss was our nephew-in-law.

IWSG Wednesday

insecurewriterssupportgroup.com
The first Wednesday of every month is officially Insecure Writer’s Support Group day. We post our thoughts, talk about our doubts and the fears we have conquered, and our struggles and triumphs. Hopefully we offer a word of encouragement for others who are struggling.
So to all the buds out there, keep those fingers firmly planted on the keyboard...we're going to make it.
I'm still on a cover binge.  I'm slowly getting rights back on my older books and self-publishing. Right now I'm trying KDP select.  We'll see.  What I need to be doing is a newsletter. But for whatever reason, I just don't wanna.  And speaking of newsletters, kudos to Chrys Fey for taking responsibility for an IWSG newsletter. Chrys and Anna if I take the plunge I may need your expertise.
But back to my binge.  These are my projects:
