The Irises
The Irises are blooming. In fact, they've almost bloomed out.
It's tradition: When I see the first Iris of the year unfurl I put out this dishcloth that my sister got me when we visited the botanical gardens many years ago.

IWSG Wednesday

May 2 question - It’s spring! Does this season inspire you to write more than others, or not?
Another great question. As far as my response...who wants to write or do housework, for that matter, when Mother Nature is singing her siren song, seducing us with good weather and gardening, especially when it has been an extremely long winter?
