In the lead up to the Berkeley ecopoetics conference, I’ll be mining LRL for works in that tradition and posting them here. Julia says she could easily change her entire presentation from Dickinson to this Skinner video, which we discussed on the way to work this morning. Ash Smith worked with Jonathan to bring this video it’s current state.

A page from Helen Adam’s childhood reader with her marginal drawings on a poem by Longfellow. This will be where I light out from next month in my paper for the Berkeley Ecopoetics conference. I found the book from a bookseller in SF who apparently purchased a stack of things from Duncan before everything else went to the Rare Books Room in Buffalo. The book came with some vacation photos of Helen, her sister, and their mother in Lake Tahoe. Like those three, I plan to make my way through nuclear geographies.
