Yesterday was such a great day. Hubz was off work, so I was able to spend the day with him. Then, after Mini got home from school, we went to Mom and Dad's house for Halloween dinner. It was hotdogs and chili night, and Mom had a ton of candy out for the kids. (Confession: I'm still gorging myself on Tootsie Rolls. I can't resist!) After dinner, we took Mini to the firestation to trick-or-treat...and go through the Haunted House. Great times!

My HP little red writing laptop hasn't fully recovered from the Win10 anniversary update. Today's the Day

It's release day for Mating Instinct! I thought I better drop in and post a quick update while I have a few minutes free time. I'm presently working to get the files uploaded, and as soon as I have the instore links, I'll be back with an official announcement, the (very slightly) updated cover, and the download urls. Werekind Updates: Mating Instinct Cover Reveal: Series Info

Mating Instinct now has a cover...and a release date. The story will go live September 25th, 2016 with an initial release on Smashwords.

Mating Instinct is about Gemma from the Silver Werewolf Pack. It's the final tale in the Under A Midnight Moon trilogy.

Busy, Busy Bee

Road crews are working on the street right outside, so it's very loud in the writing cave today. When standing in the kitchen and in my office, it's possible to feel the vibrations from the machinery through the concrete floors. It's driving the doggles batty. Competely understandable. Fun times.

Happy Birthday to me...us! I'm sitting around in my pajamas at the moment, but in an hour or so I'll be going over to my mom and dad's house for c a k e. They're hosting a joint birthday party for Bub and me. His 25th is tomorrow, so I always share my bday with him. It's a special kind o' thing. Thank goodness Mom said she's not adding all the appropriate candles to the cakes, though. The result would likely resemble and choco-strawberry forest fire.
