Inspired & Energized

I'm back, and feeling great. Lot's of things have changed for me lately, if you've been following my weekly posts every Tuesday on the Genreality blog then you know about many of those things. One of the things that's got me feeling so energized with my writing right now is the things I learned at the Novelists Inc Conference last week.

While I was there, I got the change to do a quick interview with one of the speakers, and if you're a writer, no matter what genre, it's well worth watching. Check it out below.

Just in- a new review for ONE WEEKEND

"This was hot-Hot-HOT! A great erotic romance for anyone looking for a short read with all the variables they'd get from a longer novel. Angie's character is so different from me that I couldn't put myself in her shoes at all, but I wish I could. She'd be someone who I'd admire for her ability to accept whatever comes her way. Rick and Mark are sexy characters, and they compliment Angie well. There is a bit of M/M sex scenes that I feel should be mentioned. There were also a few secondary characters, but they played such a minimal role that they only helped to keep this story moving along. While there is a story here, it did seem to take a back seat to the extremely explosive sexual scenes. They were plentiful, and outrageously hot! One Weekend is definitely a story that I would recommend for your next weekend in." ~ Stefani Clayton, JERR

April 17, 2010

It's the middle of April!

Where has time gone? I need to get my but in gear!!

Lots happening this weekend.
First off, Last week, ONE WEEKEND released from Samhain.
As a writer, sometimes it's good to just let the imagination go and write for the pure fun of it. ONE WEEKEND is just that story for me. It got me back in gear, and reminded my of how much writing hot sexy stories with real characters can be. It's an uncomplicated, super hot and sexy menage story. It's also a short story, but hey, that means it's also low...

New and interactive

There's a new addition to my website- an interactive one.

I love to talk writing and books and sexuality, and I've been getting some reader letters that make it clear I'm not the only one who feels that way, so I had my fabulous web-mistriss add a message board.

The Message Board was something I've had in the back of my mind for a long time, but I only decided to go for it when a couple of readers emailed to tell me how much they enjoyed my books. (I never get tired of hearing that. ) One of ...

Writing….

"I am your friend, which is why I'm going to smack you upside the head if you keep putting yourself down." Sable glared at her. "Stop with the whining about what you think you're not, and just think about what you've done in the past year. You've went against your family and quit a reliable stable job to run a pub. In running that pub you've learned how to bartend, cook, and bounce drunk idiots out the door. You made the first move on Jake, which led to you having sex on that freakin' pool...
