Though medical treatments offered temporary relief, they fell short of a lasting solution. My breakthrough came when I discovered nauli—a powerful yogic abdominal exercise—which uniquely alleviated my symptoms. Since it was the only practice that provided real relief, I became determined to refine and amplify its effects.

Driven by curiosity, I began researching other abdominal exercises across disciplines—calisthenics, gymnastics, and beyond—seeking one with complementary therapeutic benefits. Extrapolating from my yoga experience, I hypothesized that the most biomechanically challenging exercise would yield the greatest results. Leg raises utilize maximum body weight resistance while working against gravity in the most physiologically efficient way—engaging the entire range of motion synergizing perfectly with nauli's full abdominal muscle activation.

I dedicated myself to mastering wal bars leg raises, and when I became able to combine nauli with raising straight legs touching the bar, repeating the movement several times in a set, this combination didn’t just ease my IBS—it transformed my health entirely. For instance, a stubborn leg eczema, resistant to years of treatment, vanished quickly. In certain medical conditions the synergy of the two exercises is as effective as drug treatment, not a substitution, but a perfect add-on to it. The practice might not only address digestive disorders but also trigger unpredictable healing effects throughout the body as it happened with my eczema.(less)
