Andrew Peel is the author of Footsteps on the Moor, a top 500 US Kindle ranked in Adaptations and Pastiche Fiction. A lifelong fan of Sherlock Holmes, Andrew imagines what might have happened during Holmes’s mysterious absence on Dartmoor, weaving new tales from the shadows of The Hound of the Baskervilles.

A retired Local Government Manager, Andrew lives in Fife, Scotland. After years of reading detective fiction, writing his own story has been a long-held dream, Footsteps on the Moor marks his debut as a published author.

When not writing, he enjoys reading across genres and building intricate Lego creations. He is published by MX Publishing, known worldwide for its extensive catalogue of Sherlockian fiction.
