K'Barthan Series Box Set by M.T. McGuire
"Just to get my gripe out of the way first… It took me a while to get over the really silly names. I mean, the content, in places, isn’t really suitable for younger audiences, but a lot of the character names and the names of species seemed assumed at" Read more of this review »
K'Barthan Trilogy Box Set by M.T. McGuire
"I've read these separately, but reading them as a box set one after the other is well worthwhile. Although you might lack a night's sleep.

"This is the first book in MT McGuire's K'Barthan series, described as 'comedic sci fi fantasy', and compared by many reviewers to the writing of Douglas Adams and Sir Terry Pratchett. That's a lot to live up to, but from the very funny description of" Read more of this review »
