Edna St. Vincent Millay
“Childhood is not from birth to a certain age and at a certain age. The child is grown, and puts away childish things. Childhood is the kingdom where nobody dies.”
Edna St. Vincent Millay

José Saramago
“With the passage of time, as well as the social evolution and genetic exchange, we ended up putting our conscience in the color of our blood and the salt of our tears.”
Jose Saramago

Marquis de Sade
“Crime is to the passions what nervous fluid is to life: it sustains them, it supplies their strength.”
Marquis De Sade D.A.F.

Emily Dickinson
“Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.”
Emily Dickinson

Robert Frost
“Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire,
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.”
Robert Frost
