Emma Mills is a stay-at-home mum, who after a recent move some 200 miles south now lives in the beautiful county of Somerset, in the UK, with her husband and two children.

Emma writes Young Adult fiction. WitchBlood was her debut novel, published in 2012 and quickly followed by WitchCraft and WitchLove. Emma published WitchHunt, the finale to the series, late in 2013. Flying With Fire is a new YA novel, to be followed by on a completely new YA project for 2015.

New Author, New Book to read!

It's been a long time and I'm sorry to say I'm not writing at the moment. Maybe one day I'll get back to it, but for now I'm actually enrolled to start an art & design diploma course in September!

However my good friend Kim Deister is publishing her first book. I'm sure it will be great because she was one of the Witchblood proof readers and she always found a ton of mistakes in my writing! Go tak Read more of this blog post »

“It’s weird. Sometimes it feels like we’re
still the ones in the pictures, and everything that happened
after happened to other people. And then sometimes we’re the
other people, and the strangers are in the frames”

“I change Viola Constantinople’s cloak for the sake of having something to do. “We broke up.” The truth, again, unbidden: “He broke up. With me.”
“What?” Gideon says. “Why?”
On-screen, Trippola Lightyear begins arming a flaming arrow.
“What are you doing?” I say.
“I’m gonna shoot him,” Iris replies simply.
“Iris! You can’t just shoot players indiscriminately!”
“He dumped you; he deserves to die.”
“That’s—”
“In the context of the game,” she amends. “His stupid character deserves death in the game.”

Red Mamma "Witch Love" was AWESOME! I loved all three of these books...after reading the first two I couldn't wait for the third. Witch Love was better than I ever expected. This is some of the best writing.....everyone should go and get these books and read them now. Thanks Emma for sharing three amazing books with all of us.....I only wish there were more in the series.
