When you don't know what to write and need to get into the swing of it, just start writing about your block - what is in your m ind that is preventing you from writing, how does it feel to be stuck, if you weren't stuck what you be writing about, etc. It worked wonders for me. While writing my book when I got stuck because I was confused about how to compose my ideas, I would get coaching from someone. Telling it out loud to someone and taking notes by hand during the conversation helped to bust the log jam of thoughts. (less)

Trying to explain to …moreI have been thinking about writing the material for the book for several years but only recently decided it needed to be a book. Trying to explain to people how coaching with horses works is a challenge to convey in a short conversation. When I started to write the thoughts mostly flowed easily I had also kept notes on scraps of paper and research articles for many years so reviewing them provided a lot more content.(less)
