The mind wipe drug is in the water and the Crow doesn't drink water - she drinks pureed vegetables instead. This was explicitly spelled out but the fact that she was an original colonist never was.
She may not have been an original but had undergone some nano exposure for her to have lived as long as she did. But she also was someone who read intensively and also remembered more than most people forgot.
