Aha! I thought West was referring to Pink's physical shape and not the mental stability (or lack of deterioration).

So I assume you meant for West's statement to include both?

Yes. Primarily his mental state, in fact--that's where solitary really takes a toll.

I totally read that wrong :P Mostly because West did also take note that Pink was in good physical shape from working out aside from the mental stability.
