Hi, my name is Chris. Thank you for stopping by my page! I'm an author, optioned screenwriter and actor.

I write dark, fast-paced mystery thrillers and edgy, character-driven horror that combine strong elements of fantasy and magic realism

As a screenwriter, I've previously collaborated with Wei Wei Si on a screenplay about the British wartime spy Robert Van Gulik. Wei Wei Si worked as the second assistant director on the James Bond Movie Skyfall.

As an actor, I've played twin assassins in the movie Agent Kelly with Raya Films. I've also appeared as an extra in the film fantastic beasts and series two of the Netflix drama the crown.

My favourite authors include Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, H.G. Wells, Clive Barker, Edgar Allen Poe and Jules Verne. ...more

The Maltese Falcon

Great noir isn't just about snappy lines and long shadows! If you look hard enough. I mean, if you really take the time to watch a great thriller, you'll find greed, lust and obsession at their heart!

The Maltese Falcon is one of those movies. Bogart was great. I watched it again last evening and lost myself for an hour or so. Pure escapism.
