Unexpected Quotes

“She reached into her suitcase and pulled out a pink taser.
“How in the world did you get that through security?”
“I am the ultimate at packing. Plus, it looks like a part for my computer.” She smiled and aimed the taser around the room.
As Ruby pointed her taser, Christina’s door burst open. Dex stomped through. Ruby screamed and pulled the trigger. Before Dex could say anything, the taser darts hit him in the chest, causing him to fall to the ground screaming.
“Oh my god! Dex, are you alright?”
“Tell…her…to…turn…it…off!” he managed to get out.
“Ruby! Turn it off. Hurry up!”
“I’m trying. I can’t figure out how to turn it off!” she yelled.
“What the hell is going on in here?” Jude’s voice came from the door. He looked down at a squirming Dex. Then at Ruby and Christina struggling to turn the taser off.
“We are trying to shut this stupid thing off,” Christina yelled.
Jude stepped over Dex, took the taser and flipped the power switch, then handed it back to Ruby. “I was getting there,” Ruby mumbled and knelt down to help Dex take the barbs out.”
