“You may notice that they “wake up” about 30-45 minutes into the nap, this is normal. It is called ‘twilight sleep” They will fuss on and off for 15-20 minutes and then get back to sleep. Give them an opportunity to get through this for at least two naps in the day. The other nap (or two) can be a catnap at 30-45 minutes.”
