“وَقُوَّةِ الْقَلْبِ، وَاعْتِمَادِهِ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَالتَّوَكُّلِ عَلَيْهِ، وَالِالْتِجَاءِ إلَيْهِ، وَالِانْطِرَاحِ وَالِانْكِسَارِ بين يديه، والتذلل له، والصدقئة، وَالدُّعَاءِ، وَالتَّوْبَةِ، وَالِاسْتِغْفَارِ، وَالْإِحْسَانِ إِلَى الْخَلْقِ، وَإِغَاثَةِ الْمَلْهُوفِ، وَالتَّفْرِيجِ عَنِ الْمَكْرُوبِ، فَإِنَّ هَذِهِ الْأَدْوِيَةَ قَدْ جَرَّبَتْهَا الْأُمَمُ عَلَى اخْتِلَافِ أَدْيَانِهَا وَمِلَلِهَا، فوجودا لَهَا مِنَ التَّأْثِيرِ فِي الشِّفَاءِ مَا لَا يَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ عِلْمُ أَعْلَمِ الْأَطِبَّاءِ، وَلَا تَجْرِبَتُهُ، وَلَا قِيَاسُهُ.”

“فَصْلٌ فِي هَدْيِهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي عِلَاجِ الْفَزَعِ وَالْأَرَقِ الْمَانِعِ مِنَ النَّوْمِ رَوَى الترمذي فِي «جَامِعِهِ» عَنْ بريدة قَالَ: شَكَى خالد إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ! مَا أَنَامُ اللَّيْلَ مِنَ الْأَرَقِ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلَى فِرَاشِكَ فَقُلِ: اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَظَلَّتْ، وَرَبَّ الْأَرَضِينَ، وَمَا أَقَلَّتْ، وَرَبَّ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَمَا أَضَلَّتْ، كُنْ لِي جَارًا مِنْ شَرِّ خَلْقِكَ كُلِّهِمْ جَمِيعًا أَنْ يَفْرُطَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ، أَوْ يَبْغِيَ عَلَيَّ، عَزَّ جَارُكَ، وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُكَ، وَلَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَ»”
