god, am I the only one who feels like this story just drags? it's not that the character's (Harper's) actions +discussions with [herself] aren't relevant or interesting, it's just that they seem to move SO S-L-O-W-L-Y.......

firstly - I thought I was a lot farther into this than I am... and secondly - does anyone else HATE this Jakob asshole as much as I do?? I read someone's review somewhere -I think- that said they loved everything and everyone in this beast, but that Jakob... I'd skewer him +string him up by his own shoelaces if I could.
