I previously read Have a New Kid by Friday and felt this one was a longer and updated version of it.

Dr Lehman describes useful parental behaviours to achieve a stress free family life with children. His tactics are universally applicable, not only with children but in any relationship.

I found the book helpful, the tactics show fast results. Overall I liked Have a New Kid… better and would recommend reading it.
