Something I do like, though, is her focus on the responses of the body in guiding you towards your true self.

So far, this book is just as gimmicky as the blurb on the back made me fear it would be. I find her absolute statements, such as once you’re in integrity you’ll be happier than you ever knew you could be, to be unrealistic in a way that is somewhat distracting me from the essence of what she’s saying (which I actually relate to). I’m intrigued by the premise, though, and I’m hoping to find some wisdom here.
