The P/PC concept is intriguing. Finding balance between a result and the ability to produce a result. I have noodled about a concept such as this as I have hit my 30s but never have come close to articulating it the way the author did. The diagram he presents where one should seek to move away from dependence, towards independence, and ultimately interdependence is also extremely fascinating.
